The form authorizes another party to receive communication from CIC and represent you on your immigration application on your behalf.
Since nagpa-agency ka, you should have submitted this form, pero hindi ako sigurado kung may iba-ibang packages ang "CIC" na checking/verification lang para sa client without the representation. Kung ganoon wala namang problema kung may understanding naman kayo ng agent mo regarding the flow of communication.

Whaaatttt? August pa na suspend? NOw lang nagpadala sa inyo ng form for new representative ang cic consultancy????????? Anong petsa na ngayon??? Magkakatapusan na ng September??? Grrrrrr!!!
Sana for the meantime pina cancel na lang ang representative. since may communication naman sila sa CIC. They can always make manifestation for new rep after ok na ang
application for change of rep nila.

Dapat sila mag bayad ng pacourier ha!!

In my opinion I dont think it will affect your eligibility for PER.
It may just delay the sending of the notice though.
Either it will be sent to the applicant via personal email or residential address or
they will wait for new form wherein the name of the valid rep is indicated.

Eds wifey if in process ang ecas mo. Yon na yon. Nothing to worry.

i like the approach of A-cheng of backreading about the discussion with CIC agency...
sana majority ng forum members dito matutong mag-BACKREAD para makakuha ng mga information, hindi lang puro SPOONFEEDING. :-\

How to input my details po in the pinoy spreadsheet na nasa signatures ng mga taga dito? na view ko po, but gusto ko rin sanang mag lagay ng details. or merong admin lang ang nkka edit?

Im an August applicant po. still long way to go but full of positivity.

Hi albertoenriquezjr, hindi po ako from Saudi pero yung dependent is currently working sa Saudi. Waiting for CC charge and PER pa lang kami pero nagreresearch na rin ako para dito. Saan ka po sa Saudi?

ako june 5 nilagpasan nila ako ng ganon nalang! haha

To those who used DD:

Meron June 4 na NOC 2174 and DD encashed on Sept 27.

By ratio & proportion:

June 4 June 5
--------- = ---------
Sept 27 X

So, X = Sept 28 (which is today) haha

Kinakabahan ako magtanong next full week if na-encash na ang DD ko.

Scary yet exciting!haha

Been looking at the global spreadsheet and found out si GLEN pala ang nag-assess ng 2174-27th Sept-DD encashed-June 4th applicant na to, who also received my application last June 5!!

Baka sya na din ang mag-assess ng papers ko!
