Hello,

question po.
Dun sa checklist, pag hindi applicable yung form do i need to mark it as NA dun sa checkbox or leave it blank nalang?

Thanks

Either will be acceptable. Ako i left the check box blank and wrote a note not applicable inside the column which lists the documents.

Hi po newbie po ako ask ko lang po yung asawa ko kasi under noc 9232 pero mech eng grad and wala sya sa fsw lists pero pwede sya sa fstw , pag ganun po ba di sya pwde sa fsw kahit hindi mechanical eng yung experience nya kasi oil and gas ang field ng work nya, yung bayaw ko kasi nag aapply din under fsw electrical eng graduate pero warehousing ang work nya , resident na sya ngayon , nag aalangan pa kasi kami kung makakakaabot pa sya wala pa kasi sya eca at ielts ngayon pa lang , or sa fstw dapat sya mag apply same process din ba sa fsw pag ganun? AFAIK, ITR, payslip, SSS etc are supporting documents for the NOC being applied, the reason why they sometimes request for it is to prove that you really did work for that company, this is especially important kung hindi ka kampante sa COE na binigay ng superior mo or HR (if you think that CIC or Local VO will have doubts on what you have submitted).

Thanks for the explanation! Yung job experience po kasi na ginamit sa NOC application, I was in that job from 2007-2010. So can I submit po ba ITR from 2009 as a supporting document?

Hi,

may nagsubmit ba sa inyo ng Bank Certificate for proof of fund na original at tinggap?
Or copy nalang? and need ba Certified copy pa yun if ever?

They also perform duties related to the evaluation, installation, operation and maintenance of mechanical systems. Mechanical engineers are employed by consulting firms, by power-generating utilities and in a wide range of manufacturing, processing and transportation industries, or they may be self-employed.
