Hello po!

Question lang, ano po remedy pag hindi naka produce ng ITR? Freelance po kasi yung work so late na po nakapag-apply sa BIR, next year pa daw available ITR. Is ITR a main requirement, or just a supporting document for FSW application?

^^ Ok thanks rb107f. Would it suffice though if an ITR submitted is from 2008 during the applicant's relevant job experience for the NOC he is applying for? Or dapat the most recent ITR talaga?

naka ilang reject ka na ba? hehe ako kasi backlog applicant ng 2006, tapos nag file ako ng Manitoba Provincial nominee last year e mukang malabo din kaya sana eto maging malinaw na..

2x na... 2007 applicant and due to bakclog, cancel nila application...narefund naman application fee
Then last june nag pass ulit kmi, kaso di pumasa. Di match ung job des ni hubby sa NOC selected.

1. Ung NBI po ba, sinama nyo ung buong page or yung top part lang. meaning tinanggal nyo yung Personal copy?
2. Bank certificate po ba original or copy lang?

AFAIK, ITR, payslip, SSS etc are supporting documents for the NOC being applied, the reason why they sometimes request for it is to prove that you really did work for that company, this is especially important kung hindi ka kampante sa COE na binigay ng superior mo or HR (if you think that CIC or Local VO will have doubts on what you have submitted).

PER is Positive Eligibility Review

You can check your status if you have UCI number, this is if you have TRV or have previously applied and was given a UCI number, if first time ka nag apply, no way to check online, unfortunately. You have to wait for either an email from CIC that you have received PER, or you'll get your documents back (if hindi ka pumasa sa first stage).

Currently, they are still on May 7 applications (more than 3 weeks na silang na stuck dun).

Remove the personal copy, that is yours, itago mo yan at baka hingin yan if/when may interview

If we decided to pay via Credit card, may additional document ba kami na icocopy?
Or fill up lang naming ung form with Credit card number?

And if me as principal + spouse, need ba tig isang form kami o dun sa isang form nalng, as family member nalang young spouse?

No need for additional documents just fill out accordingly and sign the Payment Form.
One form for both you and your spouse na po. Just make sure that in #1 (where you calculate applicable fees), you indicate the amount for your spouse as well (Each family member aged 22 or older) then at the Total Payment box, indicate $1100).
