That is correct. For the last 10 years. Pero I think yung work experiences lang na relevant sa NOC ang isubmit. Parang may nabasa na ako na yung company nia non-existent na, so ang ginawa nia, gumawa sya ng affidavit containing all the required info from CIC (e.g., JD, length of work, position, annual salary etc) then hinanap nia yung sup/mgr nia sa company na yun ang pinapirmahan nia. Pinalagay nia rin contact number nung sup/mgr. Then pina-notarize sa notary public. I believe it will be fine like this.


Here is a sample format of an affidavit:

I, (Insert Name of Affiant) , Filipino citizen, of legal age, single/married to (Insert Name of Spouse if any), and a resident of (Insert Address of Affiant), after having been duly sworn in accordance with law, hereby depose and say:

He worked full time as a {position} 40 hours/week.

As his supervisor (or any position), he performed the following roles and responsibilities:

Hi cnd_2014! I'm glad to be of help. Umpisa ka na din ng waiting game mo. Ganyan din kami ng husband ko bago namin maipadala yung application pero kada decision namin dinadasalan ko nalang at iniisip ko na kung ito ang plano ng Diyos eh mangyayari kahit ano pang mali na nagawa namin sa application. correct. destiny na natin ito. In the philippines, I've been applying for a job in SG but despite everything I could not make it. Up to the point that I have already been offered a job but after 3 days they said that the client is no longer accepting me for the job. It was the worst feeling I ever had. Yung pera na, naging bato pa! Suddenly after several months, dumating ang opportunity for Malaysia. Yun pala I am destined to work here in MY. Ngayon naman nandito ako, God destined me to live in a condo na ang mga housemates ay canada visa grant na. Actually they were the one who influenced me to apply for Canadian PR. Sa June lipad na sila Toronto. Then, by June, God destined me to work in a company that has a branch in Toronto Canada.

And as you can see there are 2 factors na nag-coincide. June and Toronto. Di kaya pinapapunta ako ni God sa toronto to live there together with my housemates?

Naisip ko lang, kung natuloy ako sa sg noon, di ko sila magiging housemate and siguro by now hindi ako mag-aapply for canadian PR. So, God destined me to apply for this FSW 2014 kasi He knows that by next year mejo mahirap na makapasok sa Express Entry. So ang ganda talaga ng timing na ginawa ni God to me.

If I am really destined to live there, nothing will stop me from reaching there and as A-cheng says "all the moons, stars and planets will conspire to make this happen". So this is my story. Kung destiny ko talaga ito, mangyayari at mangyayari ito

Ako, maganda din story ko although i tried applying outside our company only once to shift career a year after passing the exam for my second course. Pero di natuloy. Sa company namin kinukuha ako ng svp at manager ng isang office namin twice, ayaw pirmahan ng svp ko ang transfer ko. Kinausap nya ko ng masinsinan. Medyo nalungkot ako. Pero it turned out to be something to be thankful about na naging instrument ang svp ko sa promotion ko. Pinaglaban nya sa selection board promotion ko. That promotion brought me back to accounting department.
So many things na pag pinagdugtong dugtong ko, parang God had planned this for us. I just keep on praying for this to happen and for His blessing and guidance.

Let His will be done.

Better to include it unless it is illegal. Better to include it especially if it will add up to your work experience provided that you can support it with documents for claiming points for work experience. If no documents to support it , i think it is alright to disclose it if there is nothing irregular or illegal about it. . I mean if it is not prohibited to work in that place while under study visa.

tama! Anong mali man jan if destined ka pumunta sa canada by the grace of god matutupad yon. I remember law professor namin, sabi nya lagi yan " if u are destined to be a lawyer the stars , moon, every planets in the universe including the sun will conspire to make it happen. Kahit harangan ko pa kayo at ibagsak ng ilang beses one way or another God will make a way. Pero utang na loob mag aral kayo dahil haharangin ko talaga kayo!!! ;D
God will not let us commit a major mistake if it is his perfect time for us.
Sana eto ang plano sa akin ng diyos. Para di na mangibang bansa ang husband ko. at para may kasama na auntie ko sa Canada. Wala kasi syang anak.

Kakatuwa naman ang story mo. I could attest to this faith as well. Ikwento ko lang din yung favors na ginawa ni God kaya nawawala ang worries ko sa application. My sister was granted a canadian PR visa because of What I believe is God's plan din. Ang totoo nyan nauna pa ko nag apply sa kanya. 2006 nag apply kami sa Pinas pero nakuha na naming naka alis ng pinas eh wala pa rin result until binalik nung 2013 ang application namin pero di pa rin inabot ng cap so third time na to. Ang sister ko nagpunta din dito sa SG pero di rin pinalad. Yun pala sa canada ang plano ni Lord sa kanya. Ang matindi pa nito eh wala syang pang show money noon nung mag apply sya. Biglaan nag offer ang company ng husband ko ng retention package just in time for her applicaton. Bam!! Ayun, to make the long story short, pinahiram namin siya and ayun asa canada na hehe. Sino ba naman mag iisip mauuna pa syang makapunta don samin. Ang matindi pa nito eh nabuntis sya before ikasal, natakot ako baka ma reject sya ng visa pero dahil planned ni lord eh naisama pa rin nya husband and baby nya. It is the Lord's will talaga. At kami? Eto nasa SG and sinwerte din naman dito na-grant ng permanent resident pero tumataas na ang cost of living dahil nag asawa at nagka baby na dito kaya plano mag canada para kasama na rin sister ko. Ang pagpunta ko din dito unexpected din, nag away lang kami ng bf ko (na husband ko na ngayon), sa inis ko nag apply ako ng SG at bigla natanggap. Kaya ngayon andito kami na kami pareho kasama baby namin and i believe ginamit din ni lord to help my sister. Everything's slowly moving into place. Ngayon ko madalas masabi sa prayers ko.. "Ngayon ko naiintindihan lahat Lord." kaya bahala na si Lord basta I will do my part. Let His will not mine be done! Lakas maka positive vibes ng sharing dito. Kita kits sa canada!
