Hi, I'm new in this thread. My NOC is 4011. I'm also a nurse but I chose to apply in NOC 4011 since I don't have my credential assessment yet when FSW 2014 opened. I submitted my document last may 28. Sana umabot. Last time quota reached ako sa RN. Good luck everyone.

Hi, If i'm not mistaken sept po iyon... ang naka reflect sa site ay di pa quota but it was returned to me nang january.

hi, im not discouraging you but still pray. marami ang matagal na nakaprepare ang docs for nurses, ready for filing noon pa. that is the reason why hindi na din po ako nag submit ng para sa RN kase wala pa akong credential assessment that time. it will take a month pa daw bago dumating so ang fear ko din ay di ako aabot kung rn ako mag aaply... a student of mine submitted his doc as early as may 4. pray pa din tayo na abot tayo kase ako ay nagwoworry din sa NOC ko... may 28 na ako nakapag file...

Marami ring nagapply sa QSW last year so medyo nabawasan rin yung mga applicants na nurses. Malaki pa siguro ang chance natin kasi 1000 naman ang subcap ngayon.

Ask ko lang po. Di ba may 50 eligible occupations. Tapos 1000 cap per occupation. 1000 x 50 = 50,000. Ano po yung lagi kong nababasa na 25,000 subcap? 1000 applications lang ba ang tatanggapin at i-process nila, pero in essence 500 lang ang talagang magiging successful at bibigyan ng visa for each NOC?

Yours passed na so Ok lang yon. Ako din 3 siblings lang and didnt put n/ a on the fourth line.

As to per issuance
Halos ganon talaga timeline 6- 10 days from cc charging and dd encashment, PER notice na. So i have an opinion nga before encashment or cc charging completeness and eligibility review were done na. Unlike according to rules issued nong year2010 na cc charging or encashment muna before eligibility review. So may mga cases of refund. Parang last year ala na refund kasi nga completeness and eligibility review done na before payment.

Haizzz dd ang mode of payment ko so praying parin ako na makareceive ng PER on time as per estimated period of dd negotiation and notice issuance.

napag usapan na yan dati di ko lang maquote mga sagot.hehe, pero something like di naman napupuno lahat ng noc e . And if 1000 quota is filled up out na ang new applicants and even di pa fully filled up ang iba at nareach na 25k out narin new applicants.

The cic is the only one who has access in quota count so they have some ways to reflect if the quota is filled up whether truly filled up or by mathematical formula it should be reflected to have been filled up already.

Hmmm, bali possible pala na kapag 25k cap is reached na kahit let's say 65% nun ay from healthcare fields at 35% lang from engineering, ma-out na ang new applications. Ang ka-'competition' pala ay hindi lang kapwa-nurse or kapwa-programmer kundi all applicants in general..

Yes, I agree. Mukhang completeness check and eligibility assessment na even before they charge the fees. Kasi logical din dahil extra effort pa sa kanila kung mag-process pa ng refunds after a negative assessment.

I remember law professor namin, sabi nya lagi yan " if u are destined to be a lawyer the stars , moon, every planets in the universe including the sun will conspire to make it happen.
