Sa mga nasa middle east, ano po nilagay nyo sa status sa other country for example Saudi, Qatar, uae, - permanent resident or work? Kasi naka residence visa ako dito sa uae, pero not permanent resident, or the same lang yun? Please reply thanks

i went to midle east country too. though in qatar they call it permanent resident but reality is you only holding a working visa...in all your midle east stay put "work" no such thing as permanent resident in midle east unless you married to arabian but you may get your head slashed by now!!

From CND to US to Germany and now at the heart of Shenzhen. It was sent for delivery last 26 May and I applied 14th May. Yung bank letter sana ma-release na din after 3 days (although dapat 1 week pa talaga). Then, hopefully my application gets to DHL bound for Nova Scotia by 30 or 31st May :D

I have seen many new members a bit confused about the whole process as to when they can expect a PER/AOR/MR/PPR/RPRF. So just providing details and various stages in the current process.

Please note that this process is only for applications received by CIO on or after 26th June 2010.

1) CIO Sydney – Completeness check
Once your application arrives at CIO, Sydney, Nova Scotia, Canada the first thing that happens is it will undergo a completeness check. This check will ensure:
- That you have included all required forms
- That any forms which have space for a signature have been signed and dated
- That you have not left any blank fields
- That you have included the correct payment fee
- That you have included all supporting documents required by both the main CIO checklist, and the visa-office specific checklist

[message cut here]

What is the visa-office specific checklist? Is this another list of docs we need to provide aside from the Document Checklist (IMM 5612E)?

Eligibility ?

Dear All,

I want to apply for FSW 2014 on category 'Information systems analysts and consultants (2171)'

I have some of the following questions...

I have done BS Electronics and the eligibility mentioned is :

'Employment requirements

or
Completion of a college program in computer science is usually required.
Experience as a computer programmer is usually required.

Hi mudassariqbal - I'm no expert in this but here's what I think:

- What matters if you apply under NOC 2171 is your experience not necessarily how you landed on or qualified for the job you have.
- If you are claiming points for your wife's IELTS, then yes, you need that otherwise, you can just use your own IELTS results.

You can read through the detailed instructions on how to apply from this page:

Kung ikaw po yung principal applicant and you're applying under the FSW Stream, nowhere in your application will require you to enter your sister's detailed work history. The most is to list her name, DOB, Present Address and Occupation.

In addition, your siblings and even your parents cannot be listed as your "family members" since this term is defined as:

Family members - Your family members include your spouse or common-law partner, your dependent children and any children that are their dependent children.

Philippines is the country that issued your wife's passport and not Bahrain. Country of issue is similar to country of citizenship.

Same case po b tayo?

...if you renew your passport then issuing authority is the one written in the passport e.g. philippine embassy canberra australia....so this is the issuing authority to write in the form...take note ilalagay mo nman ang citizenship mo which is philippines if u r a filipino citizen..
Nakalagay po kasi sa form country of issue. Selection po sya at hindi free text.

try to find someone kahit supervisor or sublead na nasa company pa... kasi ibig sabihin kapag nasa company pa siya, valid siya magrepresent nung company at nung naging experience mo... yun din inadvise sa kin ng consultant ko.

hi dbase1981, meron kasi ako reference letter from that manager pero dated 2011 pa.. wala na kasi ako time na magrequest para s bagong ref letter.kaya inattach ko na din ung lumang ref letter( year 2011). Pero what i did, nagrequest na din ako ng COE from HR namin. para sana supporting docs nlng ung REF letter. would that be ground for refusal? :( >:(

Hi Bro, ganun din ang nangyari sa amin, last year hindi kami umabot sa cap so nabalik ang mga documents namin, we had to look for another person who can sign the reference letter kasi yung nag sign sa last year's reference letter ng hubby ko, nag resign na, so we provided a letter from HR and also asked for another reference letter from another senior ng hubby ko dun sa company.

Seniors who applied for WES, I have a question.

Im planning to pay WES via CC.

I have a pending QSW application and Ive decided to gather documents and submit it in the future if wala pa akong marinig na magandang balita sa QSW app ko. 3011 (Nurse co-ordinators and supervisors) naman ang NOC code ko at hindi 3012 (Registered Nurses and Psych Nurses) na isang hot NOC. Feeling ko by December pa mapupuno ang 3011. Baka nga hindi pa mapuno ito eh. :-)

Last question sir, kapag nagpadala ka ng diploma mo to WES, ano ang laman ng envelope? Just a diploma? Nakapag register na ako at bayad sa WES through CC.
