guys dun sa Schedule A - background declaration, sbi "if there is not enough space to provide all the necessary info, use an extra sheet of paper".

What I did is nilagay ko na sa extra sheet buong info. Ex. sa Address section, lahat ng addresses nilagay ko na dun sa extra sheet tpos sa main form nilagyan ko na lang ng "Please see attached extra sheet for the answers".

Or dapat ba ilagay ko din yung ibang address sa main form and continuation lang dapat sa extra sheet? Ok po ba ang ginawa ko?

Anyone na ang ginawa is nilagay na buong info sa extra sheet? thanks!

What we did, we just completed the real form with the information that would fit. Then on separate sheets of paper, we provided the complete information. We made sure we labeled every page of the extra sheets and then we signed them. Tapos, yung pagsasaayos, we attached the extra sheets after the real form.

->Just to clarify, yung extra sheet ay nilagay mo right after the corresponding page na sinasagutan mo? For ex. page 2 is addresses section so page 3 is yung extra sheet na continuation ng addresses. then page 4 naman yung personal history so page 5 yung continuation ng personal history? OR lahat ng extra sheets ay magkakasama na sa last page? thanks a lot

Sa mga nasa middle east, ano po nilagay nyo sa status sa other country for example Saudi, Qatar, uae, - permanent resident or work? Kasi naka residence visa ako dito sa uae, pero not permanent resident, or the same lang yun? Wala kasi kasi sa option ang plain "resident" lang eh. Please reply thanks

ok buti natanong ko to before ko ma-file application ko. pwedeng cause of return sana hehe. napansin ko din na kulang ng country yung isang field. buti nalang talaga hehehe.

Mukhang makakaubos na din ako ng 1 ream ng bond paper, kakamodify. gastos pa naman magpa-print dito. 0.50 cents per page mga 7 pesos ampf haha. salamat sayo kapatid

We are also maintaining spread sheet which you can check in my signature. we have so far cc charges from 1st and 2nd May applicants.
