If you have completed one or more years of post-secondary study, you do not need to submit any secondary school documents with your application.

Correct. I submitted only my transcript and diploma from Mapua to WES. No need for H.S TOR if you completed a post secondary educ. My application has been assessed and I got a Bachelor's Degree 4 years. Submit na po!

Kung nagrenew po yung wife ko ng passport sa Philippine Embassy sa Bahrain, ano po ba ilalagay sa Country of Issue, Bahrain po ba or Philippines?

Philippines is the country that issued your wife's passport and not Bahrain. Country of issue is similar to country of citizenship.

kasi kung issued ang passport dito sa Pinas, nakalagay sa passport na "ISSUING AUTHORITY" ay DFA Manila o kung saan mang DFA office ka nag-renew within Pinas.
sa case na ito,
Country of issue = Philippines

pero kung sa labas ng Pilipinas ka nag-renew ng passport, ano po nakalagay sa "ISSUING AUTHORITY"?
(sorry po, di ko pa kasi naranasan mag-renew ng passport sa ibang bansa)

sa pagkakaintindi ko, ang magiging "Country of issue" na ay kung saang mang bansa naka-base yung "ISSUING AUTHORITY" na nakalagay sa passport.

opinion ko lang po ito, i might be wrong..
sana po may makapag-explain ng mabuti sa atin tungkol sa bagay na ito.

Kung sa ibang bansa ka nag-renew, sa Philippine Embassy ka pa rin kukuha ng passport mo. Meaning, nasa loob ka pa rin ng teritoryo ng Pilipinas.

...if you renew your passport then issuing authority is the one written in the passport e.g. philippine embassy canberra australia....so this is the issuing authority to write in the form...take note ilalagay mo nman ang citizenship mo which is philippines if u r a filipino citizen..
