Hello there! I would like to ask for your help or any suggestions regarding my concern. I'm a May 28 applicant and opted for Credit Card as mode of payment. Past midnight of Sept 16, naka receive ako ng text message from Citibank na CIC tried to charge my Visa card however the validity date that was keyed in was invalid, thus, the transaction was unsuccessful As far as I know, all my details sa payment form ko are correct and also we attached a photocopy of my credit card for reference. my CC expiry is 08/2017 pa.

When I checked with Citibank hotline, wala na man daw problema ang card ko. pati credit limit ko more than enough. Ok din daw for international transactions. All they can say is I should inform CIC of the correct validity date ng credit card. I also tried calling CIC Hotline kaso they do not entertain daw calls or applicants for FSW outside Canada. And just two nights ago, Sept 23, nkareceive uli ako ng same text message from Citibank. Meaning nagtry uli sila magcharge pro decline pa rin

I am so worried now. I understand they give 3 chances sa pagcharge sa card. Do I still have a chance? Ok pa ba kng mag email ako sa CIC considering na they reply daw after ilang weeks pa? Does anyone here have the same concern or experiences as mine? Hope to hear from you guys... Thanks.

hi dustincarlisle, about sa RPRF, wala pa din ako nareceive na confirmation kasi kelangan pa nila mareceive sa manila VO yung print out copy ng online fee payment.

yung SG COC, yun ang police clearance from singapore. bukas pa release nung samin. God willing eh mai-send na din namin to manila VO tru courier right after makuha tomorrow.

oo nga noh? wala man lang confirmation na natnggap na nila bayad ko, e Aug20 pa nmin pinadala un.
sabi sa website nag-iisue daw ng recibo ang CEM kaso kumusta nmn db, diko tuloy alam kung ok na.
May idea kaba kung gano katagal like ilang days bago nila buksan ung pinadala mo?
kung natnggap na nila ung PCC nmin nung Sep22, wen nila maoopen ung package nmin? kc db marami nagpapadala ng documents sa CEM?
atat mode lang, haha.

Sana maging mabilis na ang lahat para sa ting mga Pinoy.

Thanks for the info. Yan din consultant ng friend ko ngayon who just submitted his application last July.
Yung isang friend ko, yan din consultant nya. He's in Vancouver already for 2 years now.

actually our concern is how would that affect the application at this time.will that be grounds for rejection knowing that the lawyer who is the representative has a case in Toronto kaya suspended ang license.

masakit pa dun, we are not aware kundi pa nagpost si mikai.

Such a sad news. :-[ Have you double-checked your Fee Payment Form if tama talaga ang details? Pray that it will be successful on the 3rd try. Please let us know then.

May copy ka ba ng submitted form mo? Maybe there was an overlooked typo error with regards to the validity date of your previous Payment Form.
The thing I can advise since time ang kalaban natin + the uncertainty of success for the 3rd try knowing that it has been declined twice is to fax CIC with a new filled-out Fee Payment Form using a different CC. Just attach also a letter explaining your case and provide a lot of details of your original applic package para madali nilang ma-match yung new Fee Payment Form sa applic mo.

Super sad talaga ako now Actually, I have a consultant. When I asked them if they have made a copy para nga maverify namin kung tama lhat ng details, hindi raw pala sila nagsasave ng copy ng payment form for security reasons. I was disappointed but I just tried to understand them. I know din naman na chinecheck nila ng ilang beses lhat ng details b4 sending ng app. So, tingin ko, tama lahat ng details namin dun. At ung isa pa namin gusto sana ipoint out dun, may nkaatach na photocopy ng credit card dun sa payment form para sana reference yun ng kung anong mern sa form, dba? I really hope and pray na may 3rd try pa and by this time sana makey in na nila ng tama para ma approve na ang charging. Thanks ngapla sa suggestion mo ha. Pwede ko rin gawin yan. Do you have CIC Fax number? hope din na may mkapagshare din dito ng may similar situation gaya ng sa akin.

I have a question. I filed my application last June 11 and suddenly the immigration consultancy who processed my application notified me that the representative (lawyer) that we declared will be changed since the lawyer's license was suspended. They informed me to update the use of representative form. Will it affect my application? I haven't received any update from my application yet.

Hello sinung lawyer yang nasuspend? Wala nmn mgiging problem dyan ang isa ko lng nkikita sa kanya kc isesend lahat ng communication emails nkikipgcommunicate p daw b ung lawyer sa CIC? June 11 k nmn ngpass do considering sept nsuspend it will not cause any problem. Kung sa kanya ipapadala ung per dapat nkikipkgcommunicate p rin sya sa cic. Then ska k nlng mgupdate pg nkateceive k n ng per

hi Blue Butterfly, tingin ko dapat magpa-renew na kayo ng passports as soon as possible. as a general rule for passports, dapat lagi sya updated having at least more than 6months validity at any time.

with regards to the possibility of passports used in your MR and your soon to be new passports being different, you can just send a cover letter to the visa office discussing your passport renewal and also sending photo copies of both old & new passports

Kalungkot naman. Wala daw bang magagawa ang Citibank regarding this? Tutal alam mo namang CIO na yun, pwede kayang i-allow na lang nila yung charge for the 3rd attempt kahit mali pa din yung validity date na inenter? Wala akong idea kung possible ba tong suggestion ko ha. Kasi dun pa lang sa CIO eh invalid na agad pag nag-attempt sila. Pero I think there's no harm kung ask mo din. You may also post your concern sa global thread baka may alam sila.

Guys, correct me if I'm wrong with this, wala lang talaga kong idea if this is possible sa CC.
