sinong consultancy firm yun? kelan pa daw nasuspend at ngayon ka lang sinabihan? kung magpapadala ka ngayon it will take 4-6days para makarating, mukhang aabot naman yun kasi June 6 palang ang charging but not sure what will happen next, if they will be able to attach it to your original application or what.

I have a question. I filed my application last June 11 and suddenly the immigration consultancy who processed my application notified me that the representative (lawyer) that we declared will be changed since the lawyer's license was suspended. They informed me to update the use of representative form. Will it affect my application? I haven't received any update from my application yet.

based on global thread, marami naman ang nakapagsubmit ng mga additional docs/revised forms at naging successful naman sila...send a new form kesa nagaalala ka masyado at hanggat may time pa.

hi mikaicute, sa CIO din tapos ang ginawa nila nagemail din sa Cio-Sydney-search-enquiry @ cic.gc.ca to confirm and advise na nagsend nga sila with cover letter. try to seek help sa global medyo ang hirap hanapin tinry ko...recent posts lang yun. iba nga dyan, payment form naihahabol pa. dumarating lang naman sa Manila ang application after ng PER so assessment really happens in CIO. mangulit ka lang sa global or ask neel here or kahit sino sa seniors para masubmit mo agad.

nag-random check lang ako sa ECAS today, meron na kame 3rd line "Medical results have been received". Thanks God
wala sya date na nakalagay, cguro kasi dahil hindi pa nila narereceive yung mga PCC, RPRF & additional personal history na nirequest ng Manila Visa Office.

As of now, singapore COC na lang hinihintay namin para makumpleto na at maipadala na sa CEM.

hi dustincarlisle, about sa RPRF, wala pa din ako nareceive na confirmation kasi kelangan pa nila mareceive sa manila VO yung print out copy ng online fee payment.

yung SG COC, yun ang police clearance from singapore. bukas pa release nung samin. God willing eh mai-send na din namin to manila VO tru courier right after makuha tomorrow.

RE: someone here is asking about immunization before landing here in Canada. I am not sure kung needed yan upon landing, but it is wise and strongly suggested esp sa kids na kumuha ng immunization certificate nyo from your doctor dyan sa pinas.

based on my experience, sa lahat ng school, primary secondary university, lahat hihingi ng immunization record. So for example kyo mismo na parents gusto magmasteral sa university sa canada, hihingan kayo ng immunization record. Lalo na sa mga nurses natin, bago kyo tanggapin sa ospital hihingi sila ng immunization record nyo. So to reduce hassle, kunin nyo na yung records nyo.

anung immunization ang needed? well depende yan sa province. Kasi sa bristish columbia, pagwala kang records, mmr titers mo lang pwede na as proof tapos papirma mo na lang sa doktor dito. Pero sa Alberta, di pwede mmr titers lang, papatusok ka talaga. usual immunization dito eh halos parehas lang sa pinas. MMR, dpt, polio, hepab, chicken pox, flu.

Hi - There should be no issues - this is exactly why there is a provision to cancel / modify representation on the application. One should modify it by sending a cover letter to explain this along with an updated 'use of representative' form to CIO with enough information to identify themselves and their initial application like full name, DOB, Country or birth/ origin / residence, passport #, UCI # (if available), NOC applied to, Date original application received at CIC etc.

After the second courier is received at CIO then can also drop an email to CIC to get a confirmation whether this has been updated on record (also scan and send the earlier sent cover letter in the email). All this is explained below:

Read my post in arusso's post and then the 2 links in there take you to 2 posts that again have my post in them (might need to scroll up or down or move to a previous page). One of the 2 links opens to page 3361 as you will notice, however need to move to the previous page, 3360, for the last post there.

Ignore the word of caution there as it was meant to let folks know that this is to be used in emergency situations only.

Need to courier the material as well as email the scanned version, and most importantly ask for confirmation on whether the document has been successfully added. All the information is already there - just read it very carefully please. Cheers!
