am worried kase dapat in line n kmi to receive PER..
la naman ni mention yun agent ko..
i asked her pa nga yest kung may na receive na sila PER email..di namn nya na mention yun..huhu..

tinawagan ko din si consultant kahapon and syempre nakadivert ang call kay asst..wala silang nabanggit na ganyan as if they really have no intention of telling it. haist!

Local VO called me, asking and clarifying some of the tasks listed in my JD.
I asked our Company's HR if CIC called up, but none so far.

I guess, that's random based on how they feel? haha

Hi ed wifey, MR na po kami although ang MR email namin came Sept 23. Last night lang nag update sa ECAS.

i got your text message , thank you. you know, am trying to be calm despite this situation and tried to analyze (analyze talaga )everything. based on the news, it was sometime in august ang suspension ni lawyer and with eds wifey, nathandrake and others under CIC mukhang di naman naging threat or grounds yun for rejection and hinde naman kasama yun sa points mo and its optional having a representative so i think its okay (i hope, am right with my thinking). so for those applicants under CIC and now waiting for their results.......ano sa palagay nyo? kailangan sama sama tayo!

Isa lang naman ang nakakainis talaga...bakit hinde man lang sila naginform as early as august about the situation. we, as clients, have the right to know.

Hello there! I would like to ask for your help or any suggestions regarding my concern. I'm a May 28 applicant and opted for Credit Card as mode of payment. Past midnight of Sept 16, naka receive ako ng text message from Citibank na CIC tried to charge my Visa card however the validity date that was keyed in was invalid, thus, the transaction was unsuccessful As far as I know, all my details sa payment form ko are correct and also we attached a photocopy of my credit card for reference. my CC expiry is 08/2017 pa.

When I checked with Citibank hotline, wala na man daw problema ang card ko. pati credit limit ko more than enough. Ok din daw for international transactions. All they can say is I should inform CIC of the correct validity date ng credit card. I also tried calling CIC Hotline kaso they do not entertain daw calls or applicants for FSW outside Canada. And just two nights ago, Sept 23, nkareceive uli ako ng same text message from Citibank. Meaning nagtry uli sila magcharge pro decline pa rin

I am so worried now. I understand they give 3 chances sa pagcharge sa card. Do I still have a chance? Ok pa ba kng mag email ako sa CIC considering na they reply daw after ilang weeks pa? Does anyone here have the same concern or experiences as mine? Hope to hear from you guys... Thanks.

If you sent a scanned copy of the card, walang maling details yan. The best thing now is to call your bank and tell them to let you speak to a senior regarding an international charge from CIC. Sabihin mo i-allow na nila yun. Do it quick.

pero para sa mga under ng CIC... kung early august na remove yung license ni wiesdorf nareceive padin naman namin yung PER namin.. last week of Aug pa nga...
not sure kung naka affect yun for MR namin pero wala padin namang halos na May 12 na nakareceive ng MR from local VO...
si fsw4 CIC yun and nareceive na nya MR nya... so I think wala naman need i worry kundi yung pag inform lang sana nila..
so sad... dito mo pa malalaman...

I did not use an immigration consultant but I am subscribed to the e-mail feed of CIC (Canada Immigration Consultancy). I believe that the suspension will not be negative on the part of the applicants under that company. I think the best bet is send an updated copy of the form where you specify the immigration lawyer and DEMAND CIC to pay for the courier fee for that mail. Good luck guys!

Same case here, same kame ni Sureluck ng lawyer and agency. We know that the use of representative is optional, yet there's a bit of unease on our part din. Hopefully it won't affect our lodged application.

Think positive, it will not affect your application, wala nmn ako nakita na reason for rejection kung di ok ang Representative, ska nkapgsubmit ka nmn before sya masuspend so by technicality di ka pede ireject based lang sa reason na nsuspend ung representative by the time niprocess ng CIO ung application mo.

i texted my agent..umamin namn cya na suspended nga..
though she said wala daw effect yun sa application. .and na inform na nila daw CIC about it..
kaya daw may mga instances na diretso sa email ng applicant ang PER or MR advise..
though i can't remember if there's anywhere in the form na our own email address was indicated..
anyway. .i will go to the branch tom and check..will keep you posted..

hay na stress aqo lalo..especially na wala pa kmi na receive na PER..
