Thank you so much. In God's time sana magkita kita tayo sa Canada.
By the way po, I have a question. Kelangan pa po ba ng mga payslip? Or COE with Job Dedcription will be enough?
COE and JOb Descriptions will be enough if every details required are stated in the COE and JD. What are these?
Position, period, compensation, job/responsibilities, number of hours and days of work which is required required if hindi sya full time pero pag sinabi full time I assume understood
na 40 hours a week yon, permanent or contract base ba, and you may also include name of supervisors mo. Pag supervisory level ang NOC mo dapat may number of staff and staff positions to show na managerial/supervisor level nga. Please refer to the guide or checklist to be sure. And read also some posts or blogs for clearer illustrations.
If the compensation is not mentioned in either of the COE or JD, then i would suggest you send a copy of the payslip or paystub.
Others send copy of their ITRs or SSS/GSIS/PhilHealth Certificate of contribution. From there pwede ma reconstruct ang basic salary (and will show that you indeed work in that company) dahil it is a percentage of the salary as per contribution table nila. Send documents that will support your experience. SOme information is not mentioned in COE or JD so supplement it with some other documents available.
But you know, what really matters most is your job descriptions which should match the NOC job descriptions. Likewise, the period of employment will matter in work experience points. So pag putol putol or part time or under contract mas maganda kung from the documents the VO can compute the total number of months/years for experience. The rest of the documents and details will vouch for the authenticity and credibility of your claim for noc matching and experience points.
ITRs in some cases will give the valuation officer idea that based on your annual income you have the capacity to accumulate such amount included in your settlement fund.
