Thank you so much. In God's time sana magkita kita tayo sa Canada. :)

By the way po, I have a question. Kelangan pa po ba ng mga payslip? Or COE with Job Dedcription will be enough? :)

hello kababayans,

Ok po yan but be careful po as long as kaya nyo pong ijustify through providing supporting letter. You can not just show the title of the land then just telling that this is the land price or property price if i sell it you have to have valuation po from the bank in case lng po na pagdumating kayo sa poibt na nagverify po ang cic, better to be on safe side.

Napansin ko lng po last friday na almost none or none ang nakareceived ng PER or CC charged. But by looking the number of days based on those who charged their cc it takes around 7 to 10 working days. So big chance to receive your PER till thursday.....

Good morning. I think i missed some facts here. I fell asleep after posting. I just realized this morning when I read zyber comments. It seems that di mo na met ang required settlement fund. Am I right? HOw much ba need mo based sa number of family members. Kasi i was thinking you were just confused what to include in the assets but you have enough cash or cash equivalents for your settlement fund. But please let me correct my own post.... this land valuation should not affect the required amount of settlement fund which should be liquid or readily convertible to cash. It is not safe if the land is part of your settlement fund. I have not researched much about this settlement fund. I just relied to few articles I read kasi ok naman na settlement fund. In fact i didnt declare my real properties as part of my assets. Because if I will be permitted by God to migrate to Canada with my family i have no intention of selling those. Also another reason is our two real properties di pa transferred sa namin namin. So my settlement fund is purely cash deposits in peso, US dollar and Can Dollar. I just wrote 200 dollars as liabilities.

I hope I made this clear na. Pacensia naman :-*

As to PER.....mukha sasabay sabayin na ang mga May 5. Sana kasama na tayo dustincarlise sa makakareceive ng PER this week... :P ;D ;D ;D

By the way po, I have a question. Kelangan pa po ba ng mga payslip? Or COE with Job Dedcription will be enough? :)

COE and JOb Descriptions will be enough if every details required are stated in the COE and JD. What are these?
Position, period, compensation, job/responsibilities, number of hours and days of work which is required required if hindi sya full time pero pag sinabi full time I assume understood
na 40 hours a week yon, permanent or contract base ba, and you may also include name of supervisors mo. Pag supervisory level ang NOC mo dapat may number of staff and staff positions to show na managerial/supervisor level nga. Please refer to the guide or checklist to be sure. And read also some posts or blogs for clearer illustrations.

If the compensation is not mentioned in either of the COE or JD, then i would suggest you send a copy of the payslip or paystub.
Others send copy of their ITRs or SSS/GSIS/PhilHealth Certificate of contribution. From there pwede ma reconstruct ang basic salary (and will show that you indeed work in that company) dahil it is a percentage of the salary as per contribution table nila. Send documents that will support your experience. SOme information is not mentioned in COE or JD so supplement it with some other documents available.

But you know, what really matters most is your job descriptions which should match the NOC job descriptions. Likewise, the period of employment will matter in work experience points. So pag putol putol or part time or under contract mas maganda kung from the documents the VO can compute the total number of months/years for experience. The rest of the documents and details will vouch for the authenticity and credibility of your claim for noc matching and experience points.

ITRs in some cases will give the valuation officer idea that based on your annual income you have the capacity to accumulate such amount included in your settlement fund.

It's $14,720 for 2 family members. So it's more than enough. You meet the criteria po.

By the way... 650000 Philippine Peso equals to 16186.512 Canadian Dollar :)
