wala bang points kung walang arranged employment sa Canada?

I noticed somewhere that states:

You currently do not:
have a work permit, or
plan to work in Canada before you get a permanent resident visa.

Under this selection factor, wala kang points if you don't have arranged employment.

I also submitted a photocopy of my diploma (b&w) at pinadala ko sya sa WES separate. yung iba sinabay na sa TOR para mas tipid.

Pag sinabi copies, copies lang. ang CTC/Notarized lang is yung translation of docs.

Hi A-Cheng, Thank you so much. Un nga iniisip ko eh. I will send as one na lang bsta on separate envelope. Sayang din kasi ang shipping fee. Wala naman siguro magiging issue dun no?

Thank you talaga for the prompt response. I will apply under NOC 1212. Sana umaabot ako. Nagrereview na ako ng IELTS and will take the exam once un ECA is my result na. Most probably August makasubmit ako.

Goodluck Jes! I'm sure pasok ka pa. For IELTS, minimum band is 6.0 lang but you need to get higher score to get higher points. I highly advise na magpa-sked ka na po sa IELTS kasi mabilis maubos ang slot and the result comes out after 13 days pa. para lang ready na ang IELTS report mo

i need advice on this: regarding sa assets on Schedule 3 form,

my only cash/liquid asset is my settlement funds (bank certificate).. so im confused on what i will write sa assets box...

pwede po bang i-include sa assets yung value ng real property namin like land titles? and can i include the land titles as evidence?

yes. No need to send evidence ex. Land title. Only the settlement fund needs evidence.

example po my bank has 600k, i have land titles worth 500k,

is it okay if i put it out this way:

assets: 26,830.00 CAD (1,100,000 pesos)
liabilities: 0.00
settlement funds: 14,634.00 CAD (600k pesos is in bank, i have bank certificate)
