Just a suggestion and I hope the experts can also share their opinion, what if your gf aplies for tourist visa and if approved, you get married sa canada. Processing for spouse would be much easier, just my 2 cents.


Guys I have question.

I have a consultant based in Canada and I asked him if I should let him know if I will marry my girlfriend before I will enter the first time in Canada this coming April 2016.This is his answer:

IF YOU MARRY BEFORE ENTERING CANADA, THEN YOU CANNOT (I REPEAT), YOU CANNOT USE THE VISA THAT WAS GIVEN TO YOU.

IF YOU WANT TO ENTER CANADA FIRST, BECOME AN IMMIGRANT....AND THEN GO BACK TO MARRY...THAT IS THE BETTER OPTION IF YOU WANT.

PLEASE CONFIRM THAT YOU WILL NOT MARRY BEFORE LANDING IN CANADA THE FIRST TIME

Bakit na man hindi ko magagamit ang visa ko if I will get married I'm really confused and disappointed if this is true. I need your opinion sana mga kababayan kung sino meron experience or idea in this kind of situations.Maraming salamat po.

Just wanted to help regarding the Qatar police clearance. may friend ako na same case sayo, na if you have a friend sa Qatar, pweded mo sya padalhan ng authorization form (via courier or pwede mo padala if may friend ka na paalis to qatar) na sya kukuha ng clearance mo. Then 1 day lang ata or that time, makukuha agad ang clearance. then pwede nya e courier sayo (kaso lang mag take ata ng 1 week sa courier before ma receive mo).

It needs po ba meron authenticated and special power of attorney for the authorization for someone to process my docs? Thanks po sa info.

Can't deny iv been envious and tensed these past few days.. while some are getting their visas already, and here i am praying that il get mine soon..

Nonetheless, the Lord is really good.. and everything will fall into its rightful place in His timing..

finally, my time has come. VISA ON HAND na po kami. mararamdaman ko nadin ang feeling na grumaduate sa application na to! after all the hardships, ups and downs.. this waiting game has taught me alot.

thank you everyone for guiding me and listening to all my sentiments. marami akong natutunan sa forum at group na to. i just hope everyone else here will graduate soon.. just continue to pray and believe in Him. whatever the outcome may be in this process, it is all according to His will.

Hello, sa friend ko di na pina authenticate sa lawyer. basta samahan mo pala ng copy/zerox ng ID mo with your name. so far yon lang at nakuha agad that day. matatagalan ng sa pag courier. if gusto mo rin maka sure, pwede ipa authenticate with the lawyer para sure na sure, mas okay actually yan plan mo, better on the safer side.
