He is under NOC 2281. Network engr po sya. Actually he applied sa FSW2013 but he didn't get in the cap kaya ngayon inagahan namin magpasa. Blessing din kase halos prepared na documents namin kase nga we applied last year. So this time we sent the application early and it was received on 7th May 2014. Hopefully ma-charge na CC namin next week. Sa spreadsheet kase na charge na ung mga na-receive ng 5th May.

Ako naman I have an affidavit with JD but no letterhead pero signed by my sup naman and notarized. Along with that, meron din ako yung Basic COE na walang JD. I'm thinking not to create a written explanation nalang as to why the basic COE doesn't have a JD kasi meron naman sa affidavit and dun nia nalang tignan. Do you think ok lang na ganyan?

Baka kasi pag nagbigay pa ako ng written explanation ay mabulabog pa sila at maghahanap ng proof of that claim, kaya hayaan ko nalang na ganyan. Eto lang ang part na kinakabahan ako kung magiging positive or negative ang application ko sa CIO.

Any comment from the others?

Hanggang 10pm pa pala pwede magpadala sa DHL, so meron pa time to review all forms and docs although paulit ulit nalang ako na parang sirang plaka hehehe.

Hi cnd_2014! The reason why we wrote a written explanation is because we submitted a printed copy of the email ng HR refusing to give him COE with JD. Sabi kase dun sa guide, if you can not provide the document, you have to attach proof of your claim along with the explanation. Eh since ung binigay ng HR hindi complete kaya gumawa na rin kami ng explanation to explain bakit magka-hiwalay ung COE nya and dalawa pa. One from HR and one from the company para lang di rin magtaka. Sabi kase do not enclose ung mga documents na hindi needed. Para nalang alam nila bakit may additional documents kaming isinama. Hope this info helps. Wag ka na mag worry, planned na lahat ni Lord ang mga ito. Let's offer everything to Him. God bless!

I was just wondering why you cant input 0 sa liabilities kapag may assets ka na linagay. Bakit kailangan pang I-handwrite ang 0?

KAya ko lang naman sinabi na excel kasi baka may equation sa likod ng program ng application form kaya hindi na ma-input ang 0.

Baka may senior na nakakaalam sa reason behind this.

Bulong mo naman sa akin

Hello guys, dun po pala sa Additional Family Info, sa section ng Brothers and Sisters may 4 rows. But I only have 3 siblings. Can I just leave the 4th row blank or lagyan ko each field of that row ng "Not Applicable" ?

And in the generic form sa 5th page sa Consent Declaration sabi:

I (firstname, lastname) _______________ do hereby ....

In this case and nilagay ko lang talaga is FirstName,Lastname di ko na sinama middle name. sana tama? hehe (the rest of the forms I include my middle name sa first name)

Kulang pa po ba ang points mo? Sayang nga kasi yung 3+ years and < 4 years walang additional points hehe ako kasi 3.5 years ang experience ko pero equivalent lang din dun sa 2 years hehe :'(

I didn't. I only have 1 sibling so the rest of the rows I left it as is. Unless siguro wala kang siblings dapat N/A talaga.

di ko natry na mag-input muna sa liabilities kasi sa assets ako agad nag-iinput ng values kaya pala NULL na lagi ang liabilities.

baka nga may validation yan bosschips like IF form.assets IS NOT NULL then form.liabilities = NULL; END IF; haha

ang ginawa ko po ay sa liabilities nag enter po ako ng $100 which is true nman kc may outstanding ako sa CC ko...the important thing is when comes to the point that CIC make verification you are able to demonstrate that your fund written on your application are still in your account or become bigger due to additional savings...

Hello mrs_fca.. actually in the last minute I followed your instruction. I created a written explanation with the screenshot of the email from ACN. My heart felt it's better nga na maglagay ako ng written explanation with the email as proof.
