Age = 25
Experience = 2.5yrs
Educ = Canada equivalent Dip 2 years + canadian post secondary dip (currently taking pa)
meron sana akong relative sa canada, kaso lang they are not willing to help me out.

Opo nung nag-request ako before ng Basic COE and since walang JD, magprovide daw sila ng letter of explanation pero ayaw kasi nila i-scan nalang kya mejo hassle sa akin pagkuha nung physical copy dahil dito pa ko sa MY hanggang sa di ko na nga nakuha. Ngayon naman kung papakuha ko sa rep sa pinas matagal pa bago makuha e mag-file na ako maya

Pwede kaya gawa nalang me ng written explanation kung bakit di available yung JD and ang sabihin ko based dun sa fact sa email about confidentiality issues? tangapin po kaya ng CIC or hindi?

Hi cnd_2014. Similar case kayo ng hubby ko. Their company's HR didn't provide the JD due to confidentiality issue din. Since the response of the HR was in e-mail, we printed the e-mail as a proof that their HR refused to provide COE with JD. Along with the printed e-mail from HR, gumawa din kami ng written explanation as a proof our claim. Although on the other hand, mabait yung manager nya, my husband prepared a COE with JD tapos pinapirmahan nalang sa manager. Nung una walang letterhead. Ginawa ng hubby ko humingi sa HR if ok lang. Pumayag naman ang HR pero ang pirma came from his manager. So parang dalawa ang COE nya. Isa from HR na walang JD and isa from his manager na may JD. Try mo lang baka pwede rin sa case mo. thanks for sharing your experience. same nga po kami ng case.

Ako naman I have an affidavit with JD but no letterhead pero signed by my sup naman and notarized. Along with that, meron din ako yung Basic COE na walang JD. I'm thinking not to create a written explanation nalang as to why the basic COE doesn't have a JD kasi meron naman sa affidavit and dun nia nalang tignan. Do you think ok lang na ganyan?

Baka kasi pag nagbigay pa ako ng written explanation ay mabulabog pa sila at maghahanap ng proof of that claim, kaya hayaan ko nalang na ganyan. Eto lang ang part na kinakabahan ako kung magiging positive or negative ang application ko sa CIO.

Any comment from the others?

Hanggang 10pm pa pala pwede magpadala sa DHL, so meron pa time to review all forms and docs although paulit ulit nalang ako na parang sirang plaka hehehe.

Hello guys, dun po pala sa Additional Family Info, sa section ng Brothers and Sisters may 4 rows. But I only have 3 siblings. Can I just leave the 4th row blank or lagyan ko each field of that row ng "Not Applicable" ?

And in the generic form sa 5th page sa Consent Declaration sabi:

I (firstname, lastname) _______________ do hereby ....

In this case and nilagay ko lang talaga is FirstName,Lastname di ko na sinama middle name. sana tama? hehe (the rest of the forms I include my middle name sa first name)

He is under NOC 2281. Network engr po sya. Actually he applied sa FSW2013 but he didn't get in the cap kaya ngayon inagahan namin magpasa. Blessing din kase halos prepared na documents namin kase nga we applied last year. So this time we sent the application early and it was received on 7th May 2014. Hopefully ma-charge na CC namin next week. Sa spreadsheet kase na charge na ung mga na-receive ng 5th May.

I was just wondering why you cant input 0 sa liabilities kapag may assets ka na linagay. Bakit kailangan pang I-handwrite ang 0?

KAya ko lang naman sinabi na excel kasi baka may equation sa likod ng program ng application form kaya hindi na ma-input ang 0.

Baka may senior na nakakaalam sa reason behind this.
