If I were you I will just enroll first my child. It doesn't matter wether your visa arrives in thestart or middle of school year. It will help the child continue his learning. Mahirap mabakaante the suddenly ipapasok mo agad sa school sa Canada. If the tuition that you will loose is not much, I think ok lng to continue, 90% refund is still high. ako kahit 50% refund ok na. I have a few concerns that i would like some of your opinions. We had our medicals complete with vaccine last April 7, 2015 (3rd line April 23, 2015). We plan to fly after a month of Visa issuance. We are ready to depart anytime. We are now waiting for PPR. My concern is the enrollment of my daughter for Grade 2. We are planning not to enroll her anymore as we are concerned with the delay in refund and only around 90% refund only, do you guys think this is a good move? Please let me know your thoughts.
