Hi Mau_Gno, In my case, I just staple my passports together when I travel. They'll check your visa which is in your old passport but stamp on your new one. Thanks!

Hi cadream!! Yes may forms, Appendix A and B. I only sent my new passport. Isusulat mo naman Sa appendix yun. Sakin nga I also changed my number. No problem with that, as long as you clearly state it on your appendix A and B. Thanks!

I informed CEM about my renewed passport during PPR. You'll put the details on the appendices naman, so it shouldn't be a problem. Good luck and congrats in advanced!!

My status changed to Decision Made just today!!! Also, I read in SLEC's website that starting on September 1, medical fees will be higher, Php7k plus for 15yo and up.

I suggest you renew your passports already. Mahirap din kasi mag schedule and processing time Nila takes 3 weeks to a month.
