Try sending a mail to CVO explaining your situation that you are unable to produce exp on company letter head due to your manager has refused,
Ask them is it fine if you give reference of your team lead or colleagues and in addition to that submit all documents what you are having for the present company.

brother accountant of my branch has agreed to give me a letter on companies letter head. What do u say. Is it going to work... or I shuld hire an advocate. ..

I have a clarification regarding the status of the application.

Status of the application has been changed from "In process" to "Decision made" and there is an eighth line update as "We sent you a letter on October 26, 2015. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.".

Kindly let us know what does the eighth line update says?Is there any negative impact on the application.

No problem with upfront medicals, doctor will issue you a receipt acknowledging you carried out medicals which will contain UMI number, forward this receipt along with doctors name and contact details to your VO
