No problem with upfront medicals, doctor will issue you a receipt acknowledging you carried out medicals which will contain UMI number, forward this receipt along with doctors name and contact details to your VO

they wish to know ur duties thats y asking for letter from employer.. if ur responsibility letter contains the same it must work.. good luck
