If they knew some Russian or Ukrainian instead of just saying 'plz plz sar', they could have dealt with those officers more effectively and increased the likelihood of securing their spots on the train. Besides, your embassy should ensure and coordinate safe evacuation of its citizens from Ukraine. Wherever their countries got involved it seems they're getting a pass. But when they're left alone reports say they're discriminated against. Gotta read news other than lib sources so you can get the whole picture.

i think the external affairs of Russia is more humane than the europe. especially during the war.

Eh I can't say yes or no. Russia is yet another imperialist force and they're not all that different at the core. It doesn't make much difference since it's always poor people dying regardless of which end of the war they're on.

I read from Asian region, Over 6 Globemaster C17's from india are arriving in Moldova, Hungary, Slovakia and Poland borders to collect Indian and some nearby country's foreigners. The C17's departed with supplies for all refugees to drop there.
