why did you decline your ITA? were you afraid of being rejected for not having completed 3 years of work experience? this is exactly why the fear mongering here is so dangerous, and why it’s a really bad idea to take anecdotes from people here seriously. I also received my ITA with 35 months of work experience and submitted my AOR 1 week short of 36 months, and i still passed my eligibility checks. I’ve tried telling people that it’s fine to do that, but the misinformation has already been spread.

Hi zekkeh,

I am a FSW-O applicant.
I have 2 years 9 months work experience from Job A
2 months work ex (Current Job B)
Cumulative - 2 years 11 months.
You mentioned you got ITA with 35 months work experience, could you elaborate?

Might help me, shall be grateful. Also I had a gap of one month between Job A and Job B, would it be an issue? From what I understand it is Cumulative work experience so gap would not matter except only 1 year should be continous.
Please guide, thanks.

Why r all these ppl still even considering moving to Canada even with the reprehensible, cruel treatment of PR applicants over the last couple yrs... It's exposed the deep condescension and ethnocentrism of the Canadians and their government and how on earth can one expect to be treated with respect and dignity if and once in Canada?! Also, since they just want toilet cleaners and restaurant waiters, why even bother requiring advanced degrees and writing abilities much higher than that of an avg Canada born? It's all one big Canadian scam to humiliate, debase and exploit the world's naive and desperate!
It generally helps if you know what you are talking about before spouting off nonsense

So the other thread, FSW-Worldwide is removed?
Second time a FSW discussion thread got pruned. Any particular reason why this keeps happening?

Well, some users show up from no where to make a mess of the forum
Was it because of profanity or the cancerous growth of the forum or political/hate discussions or something else?
I'm just curious, and I would really like to know who is in charge here of moderating CanadaVisa forum - to get some clarity.

the FSW threads are bound to get trolls every now and then considering how much traction it gets. However, members of this forum are too sensitive and instead of ignoring these trolls, they engage with them, and when they can't handle their trolling, they go crying to the mods who instead of banning the troll, remove an entire thread.

A mix of a lot of things (people hell bent on driving wedges between different streams, different parts of the same stream, people speaking authoritatively on subjects they had next to no knowledge on, general infighting, pie in the sky speculation. and just a general undercurrent of frustration).

The thread was already a mess by the first time the mods pruned some posts. Second time was apparently, a breaking point.

Something about being unfair, negativity on FSW and Marco Mendicino is just like Zeus descending from Mt. Olympus, the usual.. And Karen was involved! yup, a lot of Karen was involved.

Karen getting her name dragged through the mud for no reason. Poor Karen getting bad publicity.

As we said it before - there is not point to show your frustation here. Most people in this thread are still looking to move there and to be honest we cannot blame them, it is their country and they decide when and who they will let in. Unfortunately this is the way the life is. It is their rules. Considering their situation etc, honestly, I do not blame them. I understand that their decissions turned people lifes upside down however it happened to the entire world because of the oandemic. This was a thing where we did not have any control over it.
As we have mentioned before, stay positive. Canada still needs tons of immigrants. FSW is not gone and it will be back so stay positive and just await a good news in a short time :)

@usarules Hey, can you please not post any demotivating text here? I'd bet everyone here would share the sentiment of frustration about ircc in light of past year's events. I do too, believe me I do. But a humble request from a fellow user here, please don't make a post that demotivates people's intentions, aspirations and hope - no matter how naive or laughably childish they seem to you.
