For provincial nominees is hard to tell how many were in Express Entry and how many non-EE on June 6th, but the total was of them both was 68,221.

FSW has see the best improvement across the board.

Besides PNP and FSW, any other stream or pathway for PR are practically almost worthless in my opinion. It will take literally years for them to get a decision. Liberals have made an absolute mess out of this. I don't foresee how they can possibly fix this, no matter the number of personel they hire, its unfixable.

For God's sake, you have 900k for Temporary Resident Visas alone, which by any means are the easiest to deal with and they are sleeping on them or it could be that its their strategy to let them be instead of refusing a majority of them. Reason is, from now on for every decision they make they have to be absolutely correct in their assessment or any of those applicants can send them to court for racism, discrimination, unfair decision and so on. Yeah, this is what happens when your are too liberal, your castle gets occupied from the inside.
So, considering the pace at which they are clearing the backlog, if they keep issuing only 1500 ITA’s, it will eventually get very difficult to get ITA (at 490) before January 2023/ Implementation of category specific draws. Just wish god shows some mercy.

18k people FSW are nothing to IRCC. Its like 1 month draw they did for CEC last year. They probably represent 10k ITA.

I am hoping they increase the draw size today.

Hello guys. For outland applicants, at what point during the process do we stop reporting changes to our personal situation. Say I have the PPR and want to quit my job before the passport is stamped, do I have to report this as a change?

I'm not sure why IRCC needs to know this. You will have to quit to move to Canada in most cases as an outland applicant.

Post-AOR, the only reason I would inform them of job status change is jic they need to make sure that my PoF are in order. Other than that, change of address and marital status and family composition are the important changes to inform them, as they affect the number of visas issued. So I think you can quit especially if you have the PPR, but my advice, hang on, because even the little bit of money you have coming your way will help a great deal starting your life there. I don't think that you need more than 2-3 weeks of break to say bye to loved ones....

Hi. I need someone guidance regarding this.
My full name is FASIH AHMAD KHAN While applying for Wes evaluation, I made a mistake and in the last the name section were I mentioned my last name as AHMAD KHAN and in the First name I mentioned FASIH. But my passport has my first name listed as FASIH AHMAD and my Last name as KHAN.
How much of a blunder is this and will this be an issue for me?

This will be a big issue, your first and given names should be the same in all of your documents. Send an email to WES, they will correct it.

Thank you for your response. I got my WES report and my name was mentioned as Ahmad Khan, Fasih.
But while checking my passport I came to realize I made this mistake.

Any idea if the remaining FSW can be fitted into this year's immigrant quota? I wonder if they'll prioritize PNPs instead, it sure seems like that's the case just by watching the PPR threads.

This year's quota for FSW+CEC is 55000 and total FSW+CEC backlog at the start of the year was 70k-80k or something like that so there will be some applications counting towards next year's FHS quota which is also very low. PNP quota got a big boost for this year.

If they continue with this pace (3-4k a month), it is possible for all FSW to be processed by the end of the year.

PNP have their own quota, so don't worry about them.

Hi, Last year December, I got Job offer with LMIA from a Canadian Company and I used that to get work permit and now currently working in Canada. So, for EE profile, do I still say I have a job offer or no? anyone has experience on this?

Definitely! I believe they have to do it, unless they have something else in store to disappoint FSW’s once again ..!
