If we see a FSW-O draw today, this will mean lots of hope for all outlanders.

However, the time I've been waiting since Nov 2019 (aor date) taught me to never trust IRCC, and never trust good news until it is proven.

I'm waiting for today's draw, fingers crossed.
gotta learn from the past. This forum is suddenly showing some activity after a few quiet days because everyone expects something positive to happen today. We're just setting ourselves up for disappointment again. And again. And again. An fsw inclusive draw happening before 2022 would be a miracle. I don't believe in miracles.

Program delivery update: COVID-19 – Permanent residence

September 28, 2021
The instructions have been updated to include additional instructions for the processing of permanent residence applications where the principal applicant or accompanying dependants are overseas, including instructions regarding immigration medical exam (IME) validity prior to finalization, while taking into consideration the travel restriction measures.
Updates have also been made to the instructions for approved permanent resident applicants with valid and expired Confirmation of Permanent Residence (COPR) documents and permanent resident visas (PRVs).
This sure sounds like they are devising/have devised a plan to finalize outland application based on document validity (medicals). This is Hopium

Question to everyone waiting for PPRs/ITAs, will you forgive IRCC for their mistakes or continue to hold a grudge if you receive your PPR or ITA today?

They will eventually open, its just a question of when, whether is today or after a few months. The grudge will be with regards to the discrimination, in efficiency, lack of information transfer and the torture that came along with it. Although we cannot do anything, it would only be a grudge :p

Lol soon as you step foot in Canada, I'm sure you will forgive and forget right at that instant.
