I have already made my Express Entry profile with my WES report which states that I have two or more bachelors degrees because WES did not recognise my MCom degree. I have an option of getting another report from IQAS which could give me a Masters degree equivalent to a Canadian Masters. Is there any way to update this in my Express Entry profile, because WES has already sent my report electronically to IRCC. And if this can be updated, how can I replace the new ECA report with the old one from WES?

You can always amend your profile. Also, if you get another ECA report that awards your degree as a master's degree, the new ECA when updated will be used as you will provide the ECA report number in your profile.
