It also says this:

"Canada’s Conservatives will create pathways to permanence for those already living and working in Canada, so long as they are prepared to work hard, contribute to the growth and productivity of Canada, and strengthen our democracy. It does not make sense to attract the best and brightest, provide them training and knowledge, and then force these people - with all their potential - to leave. "
I had missed this part; thanks fam.

The bold part though... makes me want to wish cons to win.

Immigration is not a visit visa amigo. No one just wakes up one day to think "Hey I'm going to spend the rest of my life in Canada", apply for immigration, and then forgets about it. It takes a lot out of a person especially for those who come from poor countries and are desperate to leave.
Making them wait the golden years of their youth isn't cool.
This!!!!!! A chilled bottle of coke for you my friend. You just hit the nail on the head. Simple and short.

Now the questions are:
will FSW end?
Is CEC better for the economy than FSW?
Does Justin medicino winning re-election mean we are screwed even before arriving in Canada?
If we get an ITA now, will we land before 2024? When I can I start a relationship or make babies?
Lmao…the entire cycle is exhausting - so much on hold

Happy birthday to you, cheer up.
Oh, you didn't hear. I think they were changing FSW program to get experienced candidates. Canada is taking a lot of jobs from US due to their amazingly stupid immigration system.

Maybe getting older will get more points. Happy birthday.

Someone posted here that FSW outlanders in AskKubeir group are planning some kind of legal action against IRCC because of all this delay, if there is no movement in September/October, maybe we should also support that.

Legalfalcon summarizes the situation here. Unless they change priorities there will be no PPR rain. I hope they review their priorities in September.
The documents which he had shared previously categorizing outland applications into three buckets - A, B & C were all based on border reopening. And at the moment, there's nothing to suggest that the border reopening will be delayed. With mandatory vaccination in some cases and vaccine passports in various provinces, I guess everyone seems to be trying to avoid any further lockdowns. And moreover, I believe some people have started receiving visitor visas as well. So hopefully everything looks on track.
