On the Copr it is written NOT VALID TO TRAVEL. Does it mean that I need an other document from them to land or just that it is no travel document and I still need my passport?
It means that a commercial travel business like an airline or a cruise ship will not on-board you based on this document alone for travelling to Canada. You will need a PR Card or PRTD for that purpose. Ofcourse you will need your passport as well to establish your identity.
For landing, if you are from a visa required country, you get a PR Visa for single use. If you are from visa exempt country, you don't need one you passport is enough.
Note that, this DOES NOT mean that canadian government or even canadian border protection will deny you entry based on this doucment. If you come to land border and approach CBSA to enter Canada and show this document (once landed already), they should let you enter provided you also have a proof of identity like passport, driving license etc.
