Just as we were waiting for Ontario to conduct a Tech or HCP draw, they do another Skilled Trades one.

I don't know why I didn't work as a painter these years, it pays way better, less working hours and a bonus PNP nomination.
This is so sad. I hope they have another draw in July and this time a tech draw. Or atleast in August. By then it'll be 7 months...

Is there anyone here that got a PPR with ADR status as “your documents have been uploaded” but NOT “we’re reviewing your documents”. Our ADR status has not changed to we are reviewing even after 40 days now

Have you clicked the transmit button after the upload of ADR?

I don’t remember that :( but vividly remember signing at the end before final submission; then the status changed to “documents you provided have been uploaded”. And on the page that shows all documents submitted, for the ADRs it says "replacement provided" for both my spouse and myself.
Any idea if the ADR status would have changed to "documents uploaded" without us transmitting it?

No it won't change. If it says "documents uploaded" on your account landing page, then you have transmitted it. They probably already received your documents and are actioning it, they just failed to update your status. It's been 4 months since my application was approved but my CIC account is still saying "Submitted".

Hey guys, since we are in this never ending waiting "worm hole", any predictions for this week ?

I had a lot free time this weekend, strolling along the seaside and looking at the EE pool, somehow not believing at all that there could be more than 1,500 (freaking max 2000) out of the 8,000, that have both CLB 9 in English and CLB 7 in French. I mean, getting that CLB 9 in IELTS is no easy task and you should know English very well to achieve that kind of score. Now imagine, knowing French aswell. Not impossible, but very very difficult. The only possible ways I can think for someone to have both English and French, is if they have known English for a very long time and later achieved French (like me) or somehow are from a French speaking country and you are good at English. I see no other possible way to have more than 1,500 people who have an excellent English fluency and advanced in French or vice-versa, which leads to me to believe that the absolute majority of the candidates in the 501+ range have either Canadian experience or Canadian Master degree (if they are foreign, fresh graduates cant come close to CRS 500). Let me explain :

Firstly, we all know that the majority of the candidates with CRS 451 - 500 if they are outland, is CLB 9 and 3 years foreign experience. If you don't have them, you most probably are not in that range.

Secondly, fresh graduates from Canadian schools with Bachelor and 1 year experience don't make it in the 501+, even with Masters. The only way for them to make it is to have a brother or sister. I mean all the criterias met and still land in the 504.

So, for an outlander to make the 501 cut, they either have to excel English (CLB 9+), with 3 years experience and get a Master in Canada to be part of the 501 - 510 range, or learn French / job offer. Both are way way harder then they sound, and still it will place tham between 511 - 530 taking into account the age of the candidate.

I know there are exceptions, like dennajort that on July achieved a score 586 together with Canadian experience, which I believe her score was the highest in the last round of draws. If we take her score as the highest, we would 831 candidates that dropped the score 29 points to 557.

Since I am having a hard time believing that more than 1500 candidates have excelled both English and French, and also taking into account different scenarios, I am placing about 6,000 candidates in the score range of 501 - 525. Probably 3,500 in the bracket of 501 - 510.
