I provided by mistake my work/business address where I usually receive my packages instead of residential. Now wondering when they will reject the address before or after e-COPR issuance...?

Probably the date when you called them.

In another thread you mentioned that the tracker was showing your Eligibility in progress, so it was never passed as it was undergoing review. It is so unfortunate, but nothing you can do but just go back to the pool and reapply with the correct letter.

What does your BGC say in GCkey account? Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start your background check. or We are processing your background check, we will send you a message if we need more information.

At the time of reviewing Eligibility, usually after R10 completeness check stage.

I believe you made a typing mistake here and your AOR was on Oct 19, 2022. Can you share the original refusal letter itself (hide the personal information)?

What does your Background check show in the IRCC account (not tracker)?

Did you claim 50 points for arranged employment?

If there were two GU's with passed Eligibility and BGC back to “we are processing your background check…” then the approval is around the corner.

If it changed from “in progress” back to “we are processing your background check” then you will get the portal email very soon.

Your answer is 'No' as according to your current closed WP you haven't completed one year. It doesn't really matter to you as you will get 50 points anyway due to having LMIA. That question is actually affecting LMIA-exempt streams where that one year is crucial to get 50 points.
