Guys, just got a request letter for Schedule A and FBI clearance. Am i also supposed to give them PCC for other countries (India) or just FBI? Little confused. Also, people staying in Canada, which route you went for US FBI clearance?
If they specifically mention 'FBI clearance', then you just need that. Also remember that your old Indian PCC would remain valid as long as you don't spend more than 6 months continuously in India.

As for getting the FBI clearance from Canada, the postal route will be slow (4 weeks or so they say). So, a third-party channeler would be the way to go. I don't know if there are any FBI approved third-party channeler in Canada. If you can make it across the border, this would be a simple option.

FSW Draws for 2022 would likely start from July to September 2022, and the number of invitations should be around 3.5k-4k. Plan accordingly.

A March 28, 2022 Memo to the Deputy Minister:
Most probably draws will be in the range of 3,600 biweekly.

600 PNPs and 3,000 FSW.

It looks good, totally fitting my assumptions. Can't wait for July to come.

Documents list is correct. You can declare goods accompanying and goods to follow list at the airport.

RTPCR test is no longer required so you'd be good to go.

May I ask, what airline are you travelling with?

Don't worry. If the photos are unacceptable, Your passport will be returned back to you along with a re submission letter. You'll have to then re submit the passport along with the new set of photographs and they 'll process it. Make sure to double check the dimensions before sending it over to IRCC.
Hi, I just have seen that my profile is updated as approved and the counterfoil is generated. Thank you :)
