I filed the Mandamus Application Notice yesterday, this is the first stage which is a notice gives them 30 days to finalize the application. Will follow the law firm's step, hope to get a closure and put all of these shitshow behind asap. It's really tiring.

Is this the actual Mandamus or specific performance request?

My 2 cents those who are waiting for remed request don't waste your time, do it upfront.
Do everything upfront and send it through webform especially if your file is in Ottawa

It’s a Called "Madamus Application Notice", it's just very beginnig stage, later will file the actual mandamus "Application for Leave and Judicial Review". So I guess this GU I got last night is probably about IRCC saw me sending a Notice to them.

Honestly I will take some time to comeback to normal.This 2 years have changed me to a new person.I want to give some time for mental weelbeing.I took a brak like this in 2010 honestly the best thing I did for myself.Hope you get PR soon and get done with this BS.

I have a question I returned back to India on 24-march-2022 and I have notified IRCC through webform,I have the confirmation email for the submitted webform but seems like they didnt update my address and they are asking me to send my passport to NY vfs.
How can I notify them the change of address ?
I am planning to call them today

Well folks, looks I am fucked. I am seeing people with same timeline as mine getting PRs today. Submitted ADR's and everything, security still not started. I won't go mandamus route, I will not spend a single penny on Canadian immigration anymore.

I am with you. Nov 2020 AOR, Eligibility passed. Security and Criminality not started. Medicals expired and extended. Indian citizen, US Resident.
