Folks I know someone asked this question but forgot the answer to it

There are only 5 rous in that schedule A form for that personal history and I have way more than that ,How should I fill it
attach a table with the additional information to the back of your completed form

In that personal history table in schedule A do I have to include the travels also,(i meant vacations).It is mentioned in the form to mention travels

Yes, it is confusing, but, for travel history there is a separate form. So, according to me if you travelled while still being employed or during your studies include that in Travel History (if this form is requested) instead of Personal History.

They didnt ask me travel history only im5669

No...I was instructed by ircc to do a remedicals...the first expired in January. Just wondering why I wasn't asked to provide other things just like others


If you haven't visited any other country than your home, then it may be possible that your PPR might be processed right away. According to my observation, only people who have visited countries receive schedule A. Not everyone receives new POF request either.

Someone I know didn’t get adr before PPR, just remed. I only received med and RPRF payment as well, so if I had paid upfront, I would only get med as well. It could be they don’t require adr from you.

This sounds really relaxing...I hope that's truly all because I haven't been to any other country

At the top of form's page 1, it is stated how you should attach separate sheets with your name and which Question# you are answering.
