All the best for the search. House search is sometimes an exhausting experience in Canada.Those are paper changes. Not a life change. The most immediate life change for me now is that I can start looking for a house in earnest.

Yeah man, if you are from certain countries it's just an uphill battle to get even a study or visitor visa. Check these stats out:not sure if chinook is working there but i guess the human VO's in africa is rejecting applications even if chinook recommends an approval
@tapperb
What's next? Cancelling FSW apps?lol, the assholes have completely thrown in the towel:
"IRCC Assistant Deputy Minister Daniel Mills was also at the committee meeting. Mills said in French that the $85 million budget will not improve processing times for permanent residents, but it will allow IRCC to develop tools such as electronic application systems and online application trackers. Minister Fraser had previously noted that processing for new spousal sponsorship applications have returned to the one-year standard"

IRCC is very clear on what details have to be provided to prove the work experience for which you have claimed points. For any work experience for which you are claiming points, your experience letter MUST include your duties and responsibilities. Not having them is one of the common causes of rejection. Look at the Proof of Work Experience section belowHello everyone. IDK if someone has asked this already, but I've been checking the forums and I suck at finding the answers to my question. Hopefully someone can (please) shed some light for me, because I cannot sleep with all of this overthinking crap.
I read about that guy whose FSW application was refused in Kubeir's group in FB. I have not seen the poster share specific details on what he sent IRCC for them to declare it as insufficient (I read pay stubs and job offer letter, but I didn't see him flat out saying he did not submit details about his job duties and responsibilities), and it got me thinking about my own application.
When I submitted my NOI to Alberta, the provincial officer did check with my employers by emailing them. I submitted the same thing for my PR application. Post AOR, I'm sure IRCC VO's would perform their due diligence despite the PNP nomination, right?
Anyway, my work experience is below.
NOC: 2282
- November 2012-November 2015 - had provided all details showing except for the duties and responsibilities. Can no longer chase this employer as they have been acquired by a different company.
- November 2015-August 2018 - I was able to provide complete details, including what my duties and responsibilities are
(August 2018-January 2020 - NOC C type of work, didn't bother with this one)- January 2020-June 2021 - had provided all details showing except for the duties and responsibilities. Plus, I included the settlement papers when I filed a complaint against this employer for violating health and safety protocols due to COVID-19, but no LOE because silly me was thinking the process would be like AINP and that the officer would reach out, although now I know it is highly unlikely.)
- July 2021-Present - I was able to provide complete details, including what my duties and responsibilities are
Despite working on the same NOC, would those work experiences where my job duties were not indicated be a problem?
what rroc?Anybody here lucky enough to have their file at RROC

It's based on luckGuys, I got a question about PNP: How long does it normally take since you show interest in any province (while creating your EE profile) until that province might send you an invitation? I mean, is there any time limit which after that you can be sure that there won't be any Provincial Nomination for you after you have expressed your interest in moving to that specific province?
When I have created my EE profile 7 months ago, I have almost chosen all the provinces - except 2 if I remember correctly. But did not receive any nomination, I guess if any of them was interested in nominating me, I should have heard from them already untill now?
