2. Pd naman na pag humingi ka cert of employment 2 copies na kunin mo, so ung 1 orig ibigay mo na sa CIO, samahn mo pa ng calling card ng company at contact person para mas okay, tas job description i attach mo or i incorporate mo sa cert.
3. ung mga names ALL CAPS ko, pero ung iba di na, usual na procedure na sinusunod mo pag nagpi fill up ka na ung 1st letter ang kina cap mo, like address (cmpre if u live in jose rizal street, J R S cap siya. I understand how u feel na u want everything to be perfect and pleasing sa eyes ng program officer, but relax ka lang para mas makita mo ung detalye coz the more nervous u are the more u cant see what's missing or wats wrong.
I am currently preparing our docs for resubmission, wala talaga kong kasawa sawa sa pagpi fill up hehehe,(this will be my 3rd or 4th time? see sa dami i lost count alredy, joke ;D) and what i did was i printed out all the guidelines from CIO, from VO, then i followed filling up one by one according to the doc checklist para di nakakahilo. after printing them out, check it ulit and take note of the data, if me error i note mo na, tas ihiwalay mo ung okay na. then retype.
i arrange mo ng according sa check list, tas pirmahan na ang dapat pirmahan (importante to!) ung VO dapat, MANILA, PHILIPPINES. Saka chekc mo ung form na dapat si PA lang magpi fill up at baka naman pati di PA e nag fill up malito program officer handling it. Pag okay na, isunod mo na mga supporting documents, check mo from guidelines kung ano mga need nila okay? madali lang to, basta keep cool ka lang neh? goodluck Cherbel ;D
