siguro napasama na yung docs mo sa amin para iisang shipment na lang

wala pa nga eh, baka kasi sinama na nila yung mga succeeding na mga applications since paunti ng paunti na lang para siguro to save cost on shipping before every week nila pinapadala so baka ngayun every 2 weeks na so minsan yung succeeding week sa amin na mga applicants sabay na sa amin or di kaya yung previous week

pero expect ko within this week baka this afternoon if not tomorrow, if not until friday may next week pa

yun nga din sabi nung ibang taga cic dito, yung nag inform ba sayo yung agent mo talaga kung saang branch ka ng cic or yung taga main branch sa manila? kasi ako sa cebu branch so iniisip ko yung address kasi nakalagay main branch nila

Hindi ko nakakusap yung talagang agent ko e, hehehhe! yung documentation section ang nag text sa kin, tapos nag email din sila. Ang CIC napansin ko, lahat ng formal communication pinapadaan nila sa email kahit tinext ka nila. So pag nandiyan na MR mo, they'll email you and in my case nag text pa sila. My MR got to their office on March 25, tinawagan nila ako the same day.

Hindi ko nakakusap yung talagang agent ko e, hehehhe! Cheesy yung documentation section ang nag text sa kin, tapos nag email din sila. 1. can i still use these notarized copies as supporting docs sa apply namin NGAYON 2011 khit 2005/2006 pa xa na notaryo?

2. and I plan to include my orig BIR ITR, DTI na lang tutal di naman mawawala to CIO, kesa magpa certify pa ulit, hay ang mahal kasi 11 years ka in business, 11 ITRs, 11 docs din pa authenticate plus another 11 PAYment forms, reg, @115 each, wala pa mga TORs naming mag asawa, input naman po jan pleeessseee

3. me nakita akong TOR ng PA, pero nakalagay sa purpose is TO BE USED ABROAD, ang tanong, pwede na po ba ito? OR DApat FOR IMMIGRATION ang purpose? saka ang date niya e Feb 2010, last year pa.

sa #2 lang ako mag comment ha, with regards to your business papers, last 4 years lang isend since yan lang ang may points, yung cert of registration mo sa bir, photocopy lang isend mo, sa akin sinend ko yung original, by the time pala na ipaclose namin, kelangan ang original kaya di ko alam kung ibabalik ba ng CIO yun, hopefully if may visa na ipapaclose namin to so need daw talaga yung orig eh

question lang especially those from Cebu. What shall I wrote in the Native Language box under Application for Permanent Residence in Canada form? Is it Tagalog or Visaya?

aT SA noc 3113 anong ilalagay ko na highest level of completed education? this is under question no. 12. bachelor's degree, master's degree or Ph.D?

another is how to write the telephone number for cellphone? country code & area code number? is it like this country: 63 are code:917 or 922 or 920 number:xxxxxxx?

is the PA included in the family members info of page 2 of Application for Permanent Residence or only the spouse & the children?

PA no longer included in page 2, it is stated: YOU Must provide the ff details abt each of your family members. You must include ur spouse or clp and all of ur dependent children, n those of ur spouse or clp.

hindi na ba kasama ang country code? there are still some lacking docs that we need to prepare such as the appraiser's value of my wife's clinic & included na dyan yung mga dental instruments & equipments & so also with our car since this is part of our personal net worth statement.

kailangan ba talaga that we need to provide ITR for the previous years? i'm afraid i may not be able to provide the previous years since the amount reflected there is not really that big to coincide with our bank statement.

alam ko sa cic isa lang ata mailing address nila na ginagamit which is yung sa manila, if that is the case di ko alam kung pano nila ipapadala sayo yung MR mo, and Im sure meron naman silang system na naka setup para sa ganyan. Nung Finalization mo ba anung nakita mo na address dun sa application form?

Yung address ng cic ang nakalagay na confuse lang kami sa sinabi ng agent namin na sa amin daw i snailmail yun copy ng MR.

re: appraiser, di ba sa munisipyo meron tayong tax dec, nakalagay na dun assessment ng assessor, pwede na siguro un isubmit para s appraised value ng clinic? un kasi ang isa submit ko and my auditor's statment.

about ITR, siympre mas maganda if u could submit atleast 4 (good idea to lizz) kesa sa naisip kong 11years ITR lalo na if ur claiming na uve been in the business for this long. kelangan magjibe mga claims mo.

needed daw talaga yung ITR since isa din yun sa basis na that the business do exist, ok lang naman kahit ano yung amount, importante lang yung filing mo sa BIR since dun talaga makikita yung years of experience for claiming the points at yung bus permit na rin, sa akin kasi isa na lang yung bus permit na submit ko kaya dun ko na naprove sa itr, pero checklist ng agency ko nun all business docs should be from the last 4 years, at considering na max 4 years lang naman ang points di ba

saang branch yung agent na nagsabi sayo? kasi so far sa lahat ng napagtanungan ko sa kanila talaga isend ng cem since sa ecas nga address nila nakalagay, then email na lang nila tayo na andun na yung MR
