Hindi naman, secure ka na lang certification dun sa gumamot sa iyo. Ang alam ko minsan pinapa sputum culture lang depende sa pagpapamedicalan mo, yun nga lang medyo matagal ang result about two months pa, so medyo magcocause ng konting delay, pag negative naman yun maki clear ka naman. Yearly ba sa medical mo nakikita ba yung scar? Kelan ka pala nagkaron nun?

joy here- hindi naman ako nagkaron nun. pero kasi si dan, last time nagpa-xray sya, may nakita scar. ewan ko lang kung bakit. does smoking have to do something with that? ayaw nya kasi tumigil manigarilyo eh.

i Everyone!

Been reading and have learned a lot from this website... My application for federal skilled was received by CIO on January 21, 2011, unfortunately, I received a NER on March 21, 2011... It breaks my heart and now I decided to register and ask for your help. I am a school psychologist in practice and I am taking up my Master's degree in Social Work... It seems that I didn't put much attention in my job description and didn't know about the "LEAD STATEMENT AND MAIN DUTIES yada... I am guilty, I don't have all the information of what to put there and what not... I applied on my own and not with any help from agencies because of financial reasons... Anyway, I have few questions which would really help me decide to hope and wish for my CANADA dream...

Please help me...

1. Would you really recommend a consultant or an agency to assist me in my application?
2. Since mine was declined, my common-law partner who is a nuclear medicine technologist is willing to be the principal applicant and try our luck, but the proof of funds we have is solely under my name? Can we still use it or must be under her name? It would really be hard for us to re-open a new bank account since these are all time deposits.
3. Will I or She have to really copy the main duties VERBATIM in her application form to be sure that this time it wont be rejected?
4. I understand that they will send us back our money in a form of check which may take 8-12 weeks, is there any possible way for me to request a rush one or for them to expedite it?
5. Will they send me back my complete application? Like my documents, etc.?

Please help me guys!
I prayed a lot for a positive result, I even did a 9-week novena at St. Jude and still got A NER, but my faith remains and for sure GOD has plans for me and for sure a better one... please help me find the light

in my case b4, when my husband went OC he needed money (in the bank) w/c happend to be under my name only...being generous ;D i asked our bank if it is possible to include his name, what happend now was from my name, it became Me and/or Mr...no payments made for such changes...try going to ur bank and do the same in that way u retain the date ur bank acct was opened.

NO! DO NOT COPY...If u do that then u have sentenced ur application to NER ;D make ur own jd, in ur own words but in accordance with the lead statement. Show the step by step of what ur doing in ur jd and dont do it bullet styled, it should be more on paragraph like...try looking for job desc at hrsdc website para pattern mo.

i dont think that is possible...

Thanks Westpoint! Na-appreciate ko po time mo... tumawag na kc ako sa bank... (HSBC) it is not possible daw, ang mangyayari daw is iclose namin acct ko and re-open a new one...

So it really means na I have to re-open a new one and we cannot submit my bank account/s as her proof of funds? I'll be an accompanying common-law partner... hnd ko kc tlga alm if pwd un... huhuhu...

If hnd kc pwd expedite ung check, and ung documents ko, hnd ko alam if aabot ako sa deadline ng June...

Come July, new list of NOC nb ulit? possible mawala ang existing NOCs?

Since may heath issues yon topic natin,as of now..Hindi parin ako nagdidiet at yon BMI ko,more or less 7 kls yata excess ko..Hu,hu..Ang hirap kc,yon mga anak ko,gusto palagi magkain sa mga fast food chain,at sayang nman,hindi nila maubos.At yong mga anak ko nman,madaling magsawa sa food.Kaya at the end of day,ako pa rin ang kakain.

At present,my DM at High blood pressure history kami.For the moment,normal pa nman ako at yong BP ko still in the normal level.Si misis,ganoon din,may excess sa BMI at within pa rin ang BP(normal range).

Last December pa sana dpat magdiet ako.Sana hindi pa huli ang lahat.

sana you can maintain the normal blood pressure until such time na magpamedical ka.. while waiting for you medicals, start ka na ng lifestyle change.. nabasa ko sa ibang forum, may isang applicant na uncontrolled and hypertension and DM maybe because she's obese.. what she did during the medicals was before physical exam she took catapress.. by the time chineck bp nya, 130/90.. on the interview daw with the DMP, she didn't mentioned her hypertension and DM.. she was just advised to start dieting and was given lecture about the risk of being obese.. the last thing i heard, she was informed that there are no further test required daw..

another story i read was, an applicant had elevated blood pressure on physical exam.. he was required to have additional test like, lipid propile, fbs, liver enzymes.. it was found out na mataas liver enzymes nya, cholesterol, and blood sugar.. after that he was advised to have ultrasound of hbt.. ayun fatty liver naman nakita.. he was place on medications.. bonggang lifestyle modication ang ginawa nya.. in the end, nagnormalize din lahat at ok na medicals nya.. nadelay lang nga ng six months application nya pero at least PR visa pa din..

im not suggesting na gayahin mo yung applicant no.1 or maging confident ka like applicant no. 2.. habang may time ka pa, start ka na ng lifestyle change with doctor's guide.. sa story ng 2 applicant na to, i just realized na as long as unremarkable ang physical exam mo even if you declare na may hypertension ka or dm, you can still get PR visa.. kahit nga may history ng TB as long as there is a certification na treated na, pumapasa pa din.. cguro, we just need to be in our best health sa time ng medicals natin..

im not suggesting that you do the same.. i just realized kapag unremarkable ang physical exam,

hi! what's the reason why you were given NER? hindi ba pwede kaw ulit ang principal applicant then ayusin na lang yung Job descriptions? si psychnars psychologist din kasi sya eh. maybe she could give some advice.
