Hi kimwayne,

Share ko lang pareho tayo ng situation. Last month, I emailed CEM regarding my new born baby. After a few days i got a reply from them that i need to submit docs for my baby. That day din, i received my 2nd AOR then after a week a letter (snail mail) from them requesting for PC, application fee of baby and RPRF. Na submit ko na sa kanila last monday. Sana MR na next week. They didn't request copy of my baby's passport pro sinubmit ko na rin.

Based sa timeline mo,baka sa akin after april 20,2011,i mean,after masubmit ko yon passport ng baby ko.Napawrong timing ko kc,bigla na lng lalong bumabagal yon releasing passprt sa DFA.Naging 28 working days d2 sa davao..

actually,i asked them kung pwde sana na mauna yon Medical nmin,tpus to follow na lng yon passport.However,hindi nman nila directly sinagot. .

Yup mag take me sa Sask, un ung decision nila binigyan nila ko ng eligibility to take CRNE, I have obtained reviewers sa internet lang.. They didn't require me to undergo SEC. Goodluck on your SEC.. may payment ba ang SEC?magkano tuition or charge?

Mam, meron payment sa courses if ngundergo ng SEC eh..not so sure how much sa alberta... pero sa PE 5K in Ph ung focused assessment, CA150 naman ung sa isa pang course...buti nga days lng...ung ibang prov abot ng months...

Wow! so GN ka na pala agad... ngmasteral ka ba mam or grad u sa univ na accredited ng IQAS? madali ba mgbigay ng eligibility ang SRNA? or dun lang sa mga chosen ppl talaga...

Congratulations uli mam...God bless sa Crne ha.... if like mo hiram ng book PM mo ko..di nga lng sya latest but same set of Qs cguro..

Actually,akong nagsabi sa kanila about sa copy ng passsport..he,he.At sAna hindi ko na lng sinabi kc sayo,hindi nman nila hiningi.Gusto ko sana magpa Medical while waiting sa passport.

Well,sana dumating na MR mo.may tanong ako about sa 2nd AOR,galing ba sa CEM or CIO yon 2ND Aor mo?

thank you my consultant told me that if they fight it out it will take years of hearing in canada court? ??? ??? ??? plus another expenses....kaya switch PA ang suggestion nila...

naisip ko din nung una yung pag-file ng appeal pero matagal pa nga. then ive read from the other forums na meron na gumawa ng letter to reconsider yung applciation. kaya ang ginawa ko eh nag-send ako ng fax doon sa fax number na naka-indicate sa NER na na-receive ko. nilagay ko sa taas:

tapos inexplain ko yung side ko kung bakit ako nag-re-request for reconsideration. i pointed which document was missed and what it means to prove my qualification under the NOC i was applying. i think you can talk to your consultant about it for them to file a reconsideration.

nag send din ako through CIC website - http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/offices/canada/csu.asp

i suggest you exhaust this option also.

both will issue me certs.
i do not have hsbc account
will check again with bdo how it goes with them

I think puede kang magopen ng tig 500 peso bank account sa bpi or deposit mo dun yung pambili mo ng dd. Then puede ka ng magrequest. I think bpi, metrobank and hsbc lang nagiissue nun dito sa pinas. kaya BPI alam ko pudeng 500 peso maintaining balance dun.

thanks for the input Capricorn66. after reading all ur inputs, i should say my jd was lousy, not well crafted, not well thought of...at isa pa na ngayon ko lang na realize, it is manager/owner (w/c is not in the NOC), not manager, ic or ic manager...

at ung picture tama i should have included one, pati outside ng establishment. from what i've read, when they have not started processing ur paper u could still get a refund...at kapag daw u pass sa first stage, di ka na ipi fail sa 2nd stage ( i think 1st stage is CIO, 2nd VO), if im not mistaken i read it dun sa IRPR immigration & Refugee Protection Regulation...

Hi westpoint, yung sa JD ko naalala ko na hinigi rin sa kin nung JD reviewer namin na mag lagay ako ng konting history nung mga hospitals (bawat isa) na affiliated ako tapos yung schedule ko or clinic hours ko and position ko, name nung secretary (kung meron) and phone number nung clinic, kelan pa ako nagstart dun sa clinic or hospital na yun, then sumonod na yung JD. then sa ilalim yung pirma nung owner or immediate supervisor. Tapos humingi ako ng calling cards bawat isa.

I guessed,i am not expecting a 2nd AOR this week or MR for the coming week.Nagreply agad ang CEM sa akin,they are asking me the additional requirements para sa new baby ko.Then takenote,they are giving me 30 days only to comply,but they giving me a sufficient time nman para sa passport ng anak ko. ;D,BUT i HAVE to submit it as soon as it is available.

Hi kim nakakuha ka na ba ng schedule for the passport ni baby or NSO ka pa lang? yun lang naman ang kulang mo di ba?

question: do u think it's acceptable to CIO na gumawa ako ng certificate tas ako pa signatory dn? content of it would be, that i am the owner of the bus establishment, i personally manage it etc...

Hi westpoint, wag mo submit documents mo and photocopy lang ng ielts ha, baka hindi lumampas sa 1st stage sayang ang effort. Tapos, ang alam ko puede kang manghingi ng another copy pero ipapamail somewhere (sa international forum ko nabasa yun), yun nga lang di ko sure kung may gumawa na nun dito (guys any input?). Mas mabilis naman yun kesa magexam ka ulit.
