restaurant manager ako being employed by my husband, sa kanya nakapangalan yung business namin so gumawa ako ng employment cert pa rin with the detailed jd, yun kasi advise sa akin ng agency since hindi sa akin nakapangalan, so parang employee ako sa business ng husband ko

wow nice naman..same pla tau..assistant manager lang nga ako.. nakaindicate ba dun gano kalaki ang rstaurant nyo?? how many employees ba employed sa business nyo??thanks sa reply...

oo dapat daw kasi sabi ng agent namin, salary per year, benefits, employees and designations nila, company profile,at yung value ng whole biz, liit lang biz namin parang cafeteria lang

I guessed,i am not expecting a 2nd AOR this week or MR for the coming week.Nagreply agad ang CEM sa akin,they are asking me the additional requirements para sa new baby ko.Then takenote,they are giving me 30 days only to comply,but they giving me a sufficient time nman para sa passport ng anak ko. ;D,BUT i HAVE to submit it as soon as it is available.

sa akin ang company ko na ang gumawa ng JD ko.. bali 4 pages na short bond paper lahat. 1 page company profile. tapos 3 pages for the detailed job description and job certification...nag attch din ako ng notarized id ko sa company..


@ westpoint: nareceive mo na ung sample ng JD ko?? sorry kung natagalan..type ko pa kc..kc ang copy photocopy ng JD..sana nakatulong..

i just read it now, nag pahinga ko kangina kc para marecharge na utak ko...no worry di naman matagal, i understand everyone who pitched in was analyzing it (my jd) para mas maganda mabigay na payo, thanks sa lahat ng nag pm, really appreciated it guys ;D malaking tulong talaga to mga sinend niyo, kaya kahit pano nakakalakas din ng loob to continue

isa pang pumasok sa isip ko, there was no explanation that i was self employed, kaya siguro nalito ang cio? :-[ even i when i was looking at my paper, parang ????? i relied so much on my agency kasi rin i thought they are an expert and they know all these blah blah blah....

@ westpoint> my agency said the JD should be in a paragraph form, describing your work. Maybe from being the capitalist, (owner) what are your responsibilities, as a manager all the things you do in a very detailed manner. From purchasing of stocks, to inventory etc. Since you are the owner/manager, you have to support ALL necessary documents to satisfy the veracity of your work. Aside from DTI, ITR, Mayor's permit, support it with pictures during the peak hours of your restaurant (with many clients), and on a special occasions.

That's what happened to my first attempt. My presentation was not that overwhelming from my TOR to Certificates. Did you send ALL the credentials of your spouse??? This is also very important even if you are the PA, his school and work documents should also be submitted.

thanks for the input Capricorn66. after reading all ur inputs, i should say my jd was lousy, not well crafted, not well thought of...at isa pa na ngayon ko lang na realize, it is manager/owner (w/c is not in the NOC), not manager, ic or ic manager...

at ung picture tama i should have included one, pati outside ng establishment. from what i've read, when they have not started processing ur paper u could still get a refund...at kapag daw u pass sa first stage, di ka na ipi fail sa 2nd stage ( i think 1st stage is CIO, 2nd VO), if im not mistaken i read it dun sa IRPR immigration & Refugee Protection Regulation...

hi westpoint! im the wife of dante. in my previous application, my jd was just like that so we were rejected due to insufficient work experience. i think ang gusto ng CIO magkuwento ka kung anong specific tasks ang ginagawa mo. so that's what my husband did in our second application.

importante lets learn fr the experience, keep the lesson and move on ;D this time ako na gagawa, pang guro ba, essay, hahabaan ko ng todo, very detailed hanggang specs ng pc, size ng montior, brand ng aircon hanggang sa mapagod CIO kakareview hehehe

calling genius77 or anyone w/ same experience like mine, gano po ba katagal bago isoli docs? pd kaya xerox muna ng ielts? (i recall, me nagtanong na neto dati ah? kung pd xerox ng ielts? Capricorn? Annjay?)

Share ko lang pareho tayo ng situation. Last month, I emailed CEM regarding my new born baby. After a few days i got a reply from them that i need to submit docs for my baby. That day din, i received my 2nd AOR then after a week a letter (snail mail) from them requesting for PC, application fee of baby and RPRF. Na submit ko na sa kanila last monday. Sana MR na next week. They didn't request copy of my baby's passport pro sinubmit ko na rin.

hello westpoint,

i believe that you need to submit original copies of IELTS as it was clearly stated in the document checklist that an orginal copy of the IELTS has to be submitted. However, I've read in the other forum that you can request the testing center (IDP or British Council) for another copy of your IELTS results but the problem is they will not issue you another one unless the copy will be send to an organization or institution like CIO. In that forum, they suggested that you can bring along with you the complete application package placed in a sealed envelope to the testing center & ask the testing center to send your envelope together with the copy of your IELTS result to the CIO. In short, there will be two envelopes that will be sent by your testing center in one pouch. One being your application package & the other one is your IELTS result.

Usually the returned docs will take 3 to 4 months depending on the mailing system of your place. As in my case, it took us almost 4 months before we received our returned docs.
