I am 3 months and counting.
1st : 32 days
2nd : 30 days
3rd : 31 days

@legalfalcon & my dear friends,
I was a 2019 Sep Aor fsw applicant. After this endless waiting i have landed in canada on a study permit. So ill update ircc about my new address.

Im a mother of two toddlers whom i have left in my home country. Is there any way to expedite the process since im fsw inland now?

Based on your experience how long it will take to issue a ppr after being inland?
I am AOR Nov 2020. I landed in May 2021 on student permit and it did not expedite it :(

There is no way to expedite the processing of your immigration application and under the law, there is nothing like inland or outland processing. Based on where you are located, how the COPR will be issued after your application is approved will differ.

Guys, anyone here waiting for notes for 3+ months?
I don’t understand what is going on and why they don’t release my notes.

Did you request only GCMS notes or further information about your application?

The 1st time, I requested only the notes and it took less than 30 days.
The 2nd time, I requested further information and it took more than 2 months. Turned out the most relevant information was in the notes after all. So, next time I just keep it simple.

Also, did you receive a receipt confirming they got your ATIP on your email (it comes on the very same moment you submit your request)?

What do you mean by further information?
I received confirmation emailed-followed up a month ago no reply as well.

They just ignore me.

The 2nd time, I asked for all information available on the application file, hoping I would get some internal communication letters exchanged among officers (or something like that) related to my file.
They sent me more than 100 pages of information, but most of it was just my initial application, like forms, the docs I submitted, pictures, etc.

What I wanted to know was still only in the GCMS notes.

Also,
Have you checked your mailbox? Sometimes they send the information on a CD via regular mail.
I would keep an eye there too if your request was broader than just the notes.

I just received a bunch of emails confirming that they have received my documents sent on Dec 21st. The number of emails matches the number of documents provided, which were 6 in total.

GU: Dec 13th
ADR: Dec 20th (submitted on Dec 21st)
GU: Dec 23rd

And now they asked for my wife's criminal record from our home country.

GU: Dec 13th
ADR: Dec 20th (submitted on Dec 21st)
GU: Dec 23rd
ADR(2): Dec 29th

That's an interesting observation that the number of confirmation emails == the number of provided documents.
I received two confirmation emails (on different days) after uploading two documents :)
