Another GU, "review of additional documents" changed to "Not applicable".Finally, a light at the end of the tunnel.
As I mentioned before, I had a GU on Dec 13th.
Yesterday, Dec 20th, I've received an ADR, asking for the following:
- Additional Family Information (IMM 5406) - Applicant + Spouse
- Schedule A (Background Declaration Form - IMM 5669) - Applicant + Spouse
- Supplementary Travel Information form (IMM 5562) - Applicant (this form asks about travel history of applicants and all the dependents)
- Military Records and/or Proof of Exemption - Applicant (this probably apply to males)
Anyway, I just submitted all my forms, Dec 21st. Fingers crossed!
Should I even bother contacting IRCC to make sure they got my files? (even though it's clear that they got it)
I think this means they accepted your additional docs. I won't worry about the medical status as long as you know they are actively working on your file, perhaps the officer didn't update it online. You should hear the good news within the next few days. Keep us updated..Another GU, "review of additional documents" changed to "Not applicable".
Does anyone knows what that means?
Medical still shows: "You do not need a medical exam. We will send you a message if this changes"
So far:
GU: Dec 13th
ADR: Dec 20th (submitted on Dec 21st)
GU: Dec 23rd

VO now is Vancouver
Eligibility: Review Required
Security: Not Started
Criminality: ln Progress
Medical: Passed (Jan. 2021, ext. Nov. 2021)

It took 2 months and 10 days.Everything is so sad in this immigration wold
how many days took the notes?
Why eligibility review required?
It's good new for sure but agin it shows overall system is inconsistent in terms of picking up and processing applications.I mean folks for June 2020 are still waiting and January 2021 AOR gets the applications proceeded. This confirms the irregularity !!!A fellow FSW inland on facebook got his portal confirmation email today:

Hi everyone. I have just received my PR confirmation email. I have a question. How long does it take to get PR confirmation portal after I send them the required information? FYI:
Category: FSW inland (with two dependents inland)
AOR: 27 January 2021
Medical Passed: 11 February 2021
PR confirmation Email: 24 December 2021.
VO: Edmonton, Ottawa
Received email from Vancouver IRCC.
I applied for GCMS in June and received it in October, which showed eligibility was not started, criminality passed and security passed. Applied for another GCMS on November 25 and yet to receive.

I'm in a similar boat. Have you thought about applying for CEC?Folks from February 2020 are still waiting (me among others)
It s not inconsistent it s just totally random sadly.
I am going to do it , after 3 more months. I mean I don't see any remote chance of these application getting picked up. Next year to meet the quota they will start with more CEC rounds and other programs. It's better to withdraw the existing application and apply under CEC next year. I have made up my mind about it. It's gonna be additional expense for things such as PCC / medical etc. but that's the only logical way I see forward.I'm in a similar boat. Have you thought about applying for CEC?
Not necessarily. 7 months into CEC and even eligibility not started yet.I am going to do it , after 3 more months. I mean I don't see any remote chance of these application getting picked up. IRCC's process of picking applications is equivalent to playing slot machines at a Casino. Not necessarily. 7 months into CEC and even eligibility not started yet.
