FSW category 2- with arranged employment

Does anyone knows if it is possible to changed an employer while you have an application for PR under FSW2?

Just sent the new employer letter yo your Visa Office.

One I read few minutes ago in different thread that an applicant FSW2 sent her/his PR application to Buffalo VO, he/she is asking if it is possible to re-submitt her/his file to her/his own country VO. Does anyone knows if it is possible?...... thank you

One of the forum member said that CIC process FSW1 and FSW2 in different manner.
Is it Possible for them to do so and if so why FSW2 applicants are kept for waiting so long whereas we have nothing to do with FSW1 criteria.
