I sent them several emails not through CSE and on the subject line I put my application number, Family Name and my date of birth. They've replied to me within one to two hours.

I sent them an email, til now haven't recieve any reply yet.. I hope they are doin my application now. Fingers cross.

FYI, just got my PP from vfsglobal at cecil st. They sent me an email and sms that my PP was dispatched to them from Canada Visa Office, Singapore.
I submitted my PP to vfsglobal last June 7, 2016.

Be patient! In His good time everything will be settled.

I submitted my PP to vfsglobal last June 7, 2016.

I received the PPR June 2, 2016.
My friend also received the message that their PP is ready for collection this afternoon. They had their medical May18, 2016.

Yes. When I submitted the PP that day , they told to me about 5 weeks. So I just waited.

I submitted my passport together with my application its been ober 2.5 months already since Ive done medical n Pcc... I hope they will dispatch my passport with visa soonmm Keep the faith..
