I recieved an ghost email that my CIC has been updated but when I checked, there's no message in my account. I hope its an approval letter. Fingers crossed.. I tried to open it many times but still I couldn't find the message... does anyone experience this?

Do check the processing times at the CIC page. If it has been longer than the processing time, please email SGVO.
