Hi rk2015,

Did they ask you to send additional docs via email or were they open for either email or postal mail?

I am being requested for PCC, Schedule A, RPRF and bio-page passport. The email, besides saying "if responding by email...", it also say " send all documents to this office in one envelope". Which method should I use? If possible, I prefer email as the PCC takes time.

they received my application 28th november 2014 ..started processing my docs 30 jan 2015..NOC CODE 3112 ( general physician) last letter from singapore visa office from 23rd march 2015.. is there any hope? are they going to reject me?pls let me know if you have any update Shocked

I don't know why you became so impatient! I've submitted my application 2 months before your submission & got MR on 21 Apr. Don't think in a negative way! So be patience, your MR will come on time if everything is perfect from your side.

my passport is expiring in Dec 2016, i have completed my PCC and medical test, i want to apply for new passport now, how to approach them to notify about my new passport as i wish to have my PR stamp[if all goes well] in new passport to get enough time to enter canada.

I don't know why you became so impatience! I've submitted my application 2 months before your submission & got MR on 21 Apr. Don't think in a negative way! So be patience, your MR will come on time if everything is perfect from your side.

Guys, got rejection letter on 04.05.2016 after 6 days of sudden DM rain.

As i was the member of the latgest whatsapp group of Bangladeshi applicants, so getting live news from this group everyday. DM rain continues and it exceeded 30 applicants already. Last 3 days, contineous DM came irrespective of NOC. They just determined to reject 99 % applicants of Nov & Dec witout any logic/pf/doc request/site visit/phone call or anything. So it is sure that those who are waiting from Nov & Dec as "In Process", will get DM soon with rejection letter. They will show common and false cause in rejection letter that JD did not match with NOC !!!

All unauthorised agent files must get rejection at last with a simple order.

All backlog files from May-Oct got pf/doc request/site visit/anything shud not hope much. The way they have rejected all Nov & Dec files, will follow the same technique to reject them

Those who will still try in Express Entry, remember that you must get rejection again from SGVO as you are going to apply from Bangladesh. Only pnp may bring some positive hope as sgvo does not process pnp.

At last, Good luck to all. My journey is over here although i still dont know my fault and as Govt. Officer I could not satisfy them with JD ! ! ! There is something very big factor for which we innocent people fell in cross fire.

But if there is PPR, do I still need to raise a CSE or attach explanation/cover letter along with new passport during sending? And do I need to send the old passport along with the new one? though I don't have any valid Canadian visa on it.

If you already get PPR, u don't need to raise CSE. Just send one cover letter about ur new PP and send the new PP. Don't need to send old PP. Same thing I did in my case. When I first time got PPR, I did it. ( I got 2nd PPR after Marriage and I have two immigrant visa on my PP , though 1st visa they cancelled)

I just replied via email. No instructions of mailing documents were stated for me.

By the grace of God, I received MR, PCC, and RPRF on 25 April 2016.

My e-CAS now shows:
"5.We sent you correspondence on April 25, 2016. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required."

May I ask:

1.How long do SG panel physicians process medical results?

2.Should the the results be in before the end of the 30-day-period, or not necessarily as long as the medical exam is done before the given deadline?

3.How long does it take for SGVO to send PPR after "Medical Results Received"?
