Dear All,

Seems like SGVO is working in supersonic speed, now they are working on Saturday & Sunday too, specially on May day! Within six days of our medical, they uploaded our medical results, since yesterday i.e. on Saturday, April 30, my eCas showing "Medical results have been received". And today i.e. on Sunday, May 01, my application status showing "Decision Made". Don't know this is good sign or bad in this DM rain!!

Do u get DM without any communication?

If yes, then
Initially send CSE to CIC about DM.
After getting official correspondence from them talk to lawyer.

No DM yet.

I received from CIC a request to do MR and Police Clearance in SG . In the Website of the Singapore Police there is an application form for the COC and appeal form for non-Citizen
and I don't know what to write in the appeal form.
Please help me out , seniors of this forum.

1. We received your application for permanent residence on December 10, 2014.
2. We started processing your application on February 10, 2015.
3. We sent you correspondence on April 25, 2016. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required.

SGVO has started sleeping again!!!!!!
No news for none.
After months, they have sent DMs to few applicants wuthout PF/DIC REQ./ site visit/ telephone call or any correspondence.
AllAh knows better what is happening.

He got MR on 25 April. Why do you react to it today ? He is also living in Singapore.

Although I agree with you that good things may not happen to us except sudden DM is their system fault. But I can not understand why and how they can make any negative decision directly without giving us any chance to explain/self defense. What is actually happening ?

My ecas was updated today. It's DM before MR.

So my FSW14 journey is over. Will now try the alternatives.

Got the refusal letter today. They mentioned that my JD doesn't cover significant duties of the mentioned NOC. this is bullshit. i got those essential things covered in my JD.
anyways, good bye guys.

Well guys, today two applicants got the expected "Rejection Letter" after massive DM rain. But the cause they have shown is completely illogical, unacceptable and irrational. Everybody got the same format and text of rejection letter although their NOC is fully different.

They shown the main cause as "JD is not matching/covering the NOC/lead statement" ! ! ! Nobody's JD is matching ! Nobody !

It was gamble and due to pressure from Canada to clear all files, SGVO quickly reacted in negetive way and rejected all 20/25 innocent applicants.

Today again three applicants got DM from NOC 911. Previous rejection NOC were 0013, 0111, 0112, 0113 & 1111. So the rejection number will increase till clearing the backlogs.

All unauthorized agent case must get rejection as SGVO is now rejecting all clean & innocent files.

Who will raise voice against SGVO by appeal ? Who can draw the attention of Canadian Prime Minister "Justin Trudeu".
