Dear all,

I recently received the request for MR, RFRP, Schedule A and Criminal Record. I have some questions that need your advice.

1. Criminal Record of my country: Might take more than 30 days to be issued ==> I might not be able to submit to CIC within the 30 days deadline. What and how should I inform CIC about this situation?

2. My spouse had 6 months stay in the U.S. At the time of submitting application, I stated that I will submit FBI Criminal Record later when I get it. Now I have it in hand but CIC do not ask for it. Should I send it anyway to CIC, along with the Criminal Record of my country?

My timeline:

Application received: Dec 01, 2014
PER: Feb 17, 2015
AOR: Mar 25, 2015
MR: Apr 21, 2016

Hi,

Apply for the police clearance and provide them with a copy of proof of the application and attach it with the package. You should attach a forwarding explaining the situation that you have applied for it and it will take time.

Regarding FBI clearance, you dont send until requested.

Hi,

Yesterday Collected mine (2nd time )and spouse's passport with VISA from CVAC Dhaka. Completed the journey for the 2nd time. Will fly next August 2016 In Aha Allah.

No medical request, nothing. So far I know, "decision made" before medical is "rejection"
I haven't got the correspondence yet though.

Wait a bit. They sent you hard copy of decision on 21 April,2016.

You should have got a PF/Doc request before getting DM. Please raise a CSE and tell them that you did not get anything before decision made.

Atleast you should have got chance to explain yourself. CSE may bring you that chance.

Please send a CSE on urgent basis.

bhaii ami 28.11.2014 applicant still no MR code 3112 ... allah janen ki hobe? dont loose hope.. explain and clarify alll question dont panic..

Hi,

Its better you explain on a forwarding letter which you should attach with your MR, RFRP, Schedule A and Police clearances to be sent to SGVO/MVO.
