today completes one year of being a Canadian immigration applicant. There seems to be little movement lately for October 2014 SGVO applicants and I guess it may take another two months or so for MR or any tangible update. Anyway did anyone get site visits recently? My GCMS notes stated that a site visit is due but nothing so far. Will have to pan out this waiting game I guess. :-\

My case is already delayed by an year. We had submitted PP with first medical request last year. But the XRay for my wife was not done properly by the guy at hospital and SGVO did not work on the case for good 6 months due to suspected TB. We requested our PP back in between for travel as SGVO was not doing anything with our case. After numerous CSE and GCMS notes orders they finally asked us to do further medical tests. Hopefully they will not have any other issues as the results were okay.

The problem we are expecting is our original medical was done on Nov 11 2014 and results uploaded on Nov 15. So I am not sure if the decision is not made earlier thant Nov 15 2015, SGVO may ask us to do medicals again. At least for me and kids if not my wife.
Rest God knows and good Samaritans at SGVO know even better.

What is site visit? I submitted my application in July 2014 and got MR in Sept 2015, never heard from SVO about site visit.

If visa officers not convinced with the docs of an applicant, they normally call or visit his/her office. This generally happens before the MR. BTW could you please share your timeline with us?

Will SGVO still checking / asking it after MR? if so will they inform us first or they just contact the company? because I'm doing sales outside and not in the office most of the time, even many staffs of the company do not know about me.

Wrong info bro. Just before few days, an applicant got PF after completion of Medical. You need to keep sharp eye everyday in forum. PF for job related verification may happen at any stage of processing untill u get visa in your hand. Better be careful in advance

Received gcms today. But surprising to see that everything NOT STARTED ! ! ! Seems they did not touch Nov & Dec files yet ! ! ! Nothing to do but to wait until Traudeau wake sgvo up ! Frustrating indeed

I said "I never heard of" mane ami shuni nai MR er por abar job verification hoi and the instance you mentioned was just an exception...so before judging someone please read the process of reviewing files, posted by the senior members of the forum earlier.
