this is for all of you who are curious why i received procedural fairness letter even after medical. i received my latest gcms note on thursday...i found the last note in my file. the officer says "the officer who was in charge of this application left the job" although the officer has verified some of the concerns about the pa but as now i am the responsible person to issue visa for this application i want to check more details about the pa. i certainly feel there are some other areas where more information is required to take the final decision. I will ask more information from the pa. please submit PF on work experience within 30 days"

By the grace of almighty Allah I landed in Toronto Pearson Airport on October 22, 2015 . The landing process was very smooth and streight forward as there were not many people in the queue. The officer took just about 15 minutes to complete all the formalities and get us signed the COPR. We collected our baggage after that and went to see the customs officer. The officer asked me the amount of money I am carrying. She did not want to see the money or any goods list as I did not have any goods to follow . Later my friends picked us up and we reached in our pre rented apartment in no time. We will visit service canada tomorrow to get our Sin Number . That's our short landing story.

so who send the ME instruction (the second mail of Medical Req) CIC?
I only received the medical request they supposed to send a second mail regarding the instruction but i've not recieved it yet,
I want to know should i expecting it from CIC canada or Visa office?

they asked for PF on 18 september and i sent the requested docs by courier on 2 october which reached vo on 5 october. i raised cse regarding if they have received it or not but got no reply. applied for another gcms note on 22 october now have to wait patiently....i am also not in the safe zone bro.. as the new officer has doubt about my noc match..which he mentioned in the letter sent

The ratio is not good brother. Almost 90% case was rejected. But these were not similar to yours. Your case is almost in safe zone. When did you sbmitted the requested docs? Are they opened your file again after receving the docs? What the GCMS note says? Bt I think your file should be clear now if you submitted the docs on March. Wait with patience bro. InshaAllah you will get good news soon.

have you received any phone call from Manila or got the Pass Req.? I estimated that they ask for it within 2 months after medical req.
