Can anyone tell me that "FEE" for adding child can be paid via CC or Not?

For FSW use DD.

আচ্ছা একটা জিনিস মেলাতে পারছিনা ৷ প্রথমে স্টাটাস ছিল 'ডিসিশন মেইড' কিছুদিন কাটল টেনশানে, যাইহোক আল্লাহর রহমতে দুই সপ্তাহ পর পেলাম 'পাসপোর্ট রিকোয়েস্ট', এরপর পাসপোর্ট দিলাম জমা ৷ কন্সাল্টান্ট বলল ভাই, "মে মাসের ১৫ তারিখের মধ্যেই ভিসা পাবেন" এখন বলে অনেক বড় কিউ ৷

Mid June 2015. I will apply from canada. Chance is that I may get 10 yrs multiple entry. I talk to my friend there and he informed me that it will be better to apply from CA instead of BD.

The following link says that "Fees" for additional dependents (spouse/child) can be paid by CC (though this is for "Express Entry"). I am confused about the 2014 applicants. Can they also pay via CC?

Experts please comment. Currently, I am residing abroad. This is quite tough for me to make DD from Bangladesh. I want to pay via CC. Is it possible?
