Looking at the brown color in Singapore SpreadSheet it seems like that they have started processing applications in reverse direction. Late Come First Served basis. ;D :D
I think they forgot to turn around the basket. :P

Your right. We all think files process in a "queue" but in sgvo its actually a "stack". ;D ;D

Best way is to raise GCMS request - you will see for yourself what VO will not share with you over mail - all the notes and entries they have made. You can ask for GCMS or the entire file. Not very expensive as related to the anger and frustration we all face.

Rick

one of my relatives (he is also a consultant) told me that after getting PPR, I can travel to singapore along with my passport, and get it stamped directly from SGVO. he also mentioned if i submit in the morning at VO, i will get it back (with visa stamped) by afternoon. Is it true? has anyone heard about this kind of procedure?

Not only false but also very risky as they prohibited the physical deposits of the passports. Choice is yours.
